Place is so messy, especially in the women's section. All racks are filled with clothes, which makes it impossible to take some out to see what they look like. Despite that, there were more clothes on the ground than hung on racks. And don't get me started on working there, it looks like one of the worst retail job thus far.

I’ve stopped coming to this Zara because the changing rooms are always closed due to covid staffing issues. There are many more stores in Promenades St-Bruno, yet they are the only store that still close their changing rooms. Do better.

After spending thousands of dollars on this brand regularly, I couldn’t return the pair of unworn toddler sandals because they were not connected with a tag. How do you expect a toddler try the shoes that are connected? When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me she doesn’t speak English and that I have to speak French because I am in Quebec. That was clearly either a lie or discrimination, or incompetence, very likely all of those. The worst was yet to come. I was publicly humiliated by the bouncer guy or whoever he was (could be another useless manager) and told to leave the store. This was a nightmare and the worst store experience in my entire life. I still cannot believe this happened. Never setting my foot in there again.

Line ups to the checkout are always long, cashiers working slowly. I've just spent 15 minutes in the line to return my online order for nothing - when it was my turn worker said to me that today online returns are not working because they dont have internet. It was me and another woman in the line with big boxes from zara online store and no one from the checkout came to us to tell that they don't do refunds today. Come on! It is simple customer service - not to make people wait for nothing. Very disappointing.

How rude and unprofessional from a gentleman by the cashier to ask me to leave a queue to go to the men's section then I find nobody there to offer the service.. I just left what I intended to buy .. complete disrespect to clients

The so called manager of this location is called Monica, a rudely impolite, unprofessional, unskillful, no mannerism who is very aggressive towards customers. Shameful to the Zara brand, who i thought being a respectable company, to have such an incompetent and low IQ individual presenting them.

Had to wait in a line at three different cashes to return. One worker decided to go on a break in my face. Sent me to another cash. There there was some kind of a problem with a client. Had to go to third one. Wait again.Customer service at a low degree.

Life's worst shopping experience.Disrespectful managers. They shamed another client outloud repetitively for trying a winter coat on sale outside the cabins. (That regulation was never mentioned when entering the store) The client was polite and apologetic but even when the situation was over, they came back half an hour later to re-escalate the situation until the client ended up crying.This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially when your client respects the rules he's TOLD and answers to your disrespect with calm and understanding. That's why I dropped my pile of clothes and left.Don't vote with your money for such people. Read the other reviews.
