Best service experience I've had, I've owned many makes of vehicles and Sherwood Ford made my experience the best yet. It was easy getting in and although I was ok to wait they knew my vehicle would take a bit of time and offered me a ride home. From arriving to getting home, it took maybe 20 minutes! Amazing. Thanks so much!

My overall experience with Sherwood Ford was very satisfying, from the sales team to the finance department. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My sales person Mark W was knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating to my needs. As a first time Ford owner I feel that Sherwood Ford will continue it's great customer service with me heading into the future owning a Ford vehicle.

Overall, very positive experience purchasing a new vehicle at Sherwood Ford. As an out-of-town buyer, my sales rep Matt Irvine was great to communicate with and made the entire process straight forward. Matt and the whole team went over and above to ensure that the vehicle arrived and was processed in time to match my flight into Edmonton. No surprises when I picked up the vehicle, it was on time and as advertised. Would happily recommend Sherwood Ford to friends and family.

It was an awesome experience with Esky and Mike when I visited to buy a Ford Explorer.Fair pricing and top notch service. These guys were professional and very patient. If you want a good deal and excellent service, ask for either of them. My experience also showed that all staff of Sherwood Ford has imbibed a unique culture of patience, fairness and helpfulness. Honestly can't believe the service and response from Sherwood Ford recently. We had our oil changed and tires rotated recently, thought everything was great until my wife got a flat tire, went to take the tire off and found that the service team @ Sherwood Ford absolutely destroyed one of the lug nuts. (Pics attached of a good one and the damaged for reference). When we called to ask about this we were told it was our fault because they advised us the lugs were older a year or so ago. That is just garbage... Whoever was working on our vehicle had no respect for the machine or the person. Threw the lug into his impact and let-er-rip, absolutely obliterated it and didn't even think to let us know. Not only was that not safe as they couldn't even torque it properly, but just assinine. We had to get the vehicle towed and the lug cut off and I had to miss work to pickup my kids that day. Overall a very expensive venture for my family all because someone at Ford didn't have the care or sense to communicate what happened. Go somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced, you'll be better served.

I recently purchased a 2016 F-150 from Sherwood Ford and I’m so pleased with their service! From the very beginning, their customer service representatives showed a great level of professionalism, knowledge and understanding. The crew working on the lot were patient and able to answer all questions that I had. The paperwork process went smoothly, and I appreciate the extras like complimentary car washes and the personal care they showed me. The vehicles are top quality and well maintained. I highly recommend Sherwood Ford (Salesman Mark Wilkins, and Service provider Shelly) to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle and service repairs. Very happy with their fleet service! They are accomodating with everything we need and their mobile unit is absolutely a dream for a business such as ours! The employee that works out of the mobile unit (Scott), is respectful and follows direction. Hats off to Cody Cooper for all his help and taking our urgent calls, even if it is sometimes for just windshield wipers!!!
