Great selection of items, very big store. Pricing is average, some items are great deals. They seemed a little under staffed when I went last as each customer ahead of me seemed to take 5minutes or more. Some people in line got frustrated as we waited for 15+ min in line. Otherwise, definitely one of my go to places for party supplies.

After ordering a bunch of balloons, I actually stayed in store to attach some air filled balloons to some helium. One of the air filled balloons didn’t work properly, the salesperson immediately got me a replacement without any hassle at all. Super friendly and really great experience

Worse customer service I’ve ever received from a Party City, If I could rate this location a no star, I would. I called in advance to check their inventory on some specific sized balloons and the associate confirmed twice over the phone that they had them in stock and I could come pick them up. When I arrived I took it upon myself to check for the items and couldn’t find them. I then spoke to one of the associates at the front if they had the balloons that I had just called in for. The girl said “that they must be sold out” I told her how could that be if I just called and a girl confirmed on the phone that they definitely had them in stock. Long story short, the person lied! They don’t even carry the size that I need and the girl didn’t even bother to check for the items at all. I could’ve done without the lies as I was coming from a far location, waste of gas and my time! Horrible!!

Horrible customer service. I came here to grab balloons for my son's 14th birthday. They told me it would take 15 minutes. I left for 40 minutes and when I returned my balloons were on the counter still waiting to be inflated. I'm literally inside the store now writing this review. This is the second time I've had issues at this location which has now led me to write this. The staff are lazy and are literally chilling" in the store doing nothing. Worst location ever"

Great place to find what you need for that special occasions. One of the problen i find is not enough staff or trying to find help. You have to walk back to front Cash to ask questions or get help.

Awesome place to buy things to celebrate Birthday, Anniversary, Retirement party etc. They have a large collection of decoration items and cake making items. This was my first time in this shop and I really liked it. One don't need to go any other place after getting this place. This place also has large collection of chocolates. Favourite place of childrens.

DO NOT order helium filled balloons from this store (Ajax, ON)! I have had two issues in the last month! The first issue was when I went to pick up an order for my Mom’s 80th Birthday after receiving my ‘Order Ready For Pickup’ email to find they weren’t even inflated and they offered me to take them that way! What is the point?? I had to fight with them to get them filled! Why did I get the “Order Ready For Pickup’ email if it wasn’t ready???? The second issue was after receiving a Purolator package to find a package of uninflated balloons my friend sent me for my 50th birthday. I called the store to inquire about getting them filled and get this - they said they don’t inflate balloons that have already left the store!!! Again - what is the point of selling them this way??? I would have to do a return and repurchase - so in essence buy myself my birthday balloons as the return would go to my friend (which I am sure would pose more difficulties as I wouldn’t have the credit card for the return)!! This was after my friend spoke to someone to ensure everything would run smoothly. Uh! SO frustrating!!! You have lost the business of both myself and my friend. Nice job!!
