Highly recommend! This was one of the most educational, thoughtful, nurturing, healing and transformational therapeutic treatments I've ever experienced. Kayla was caring and thorough in her investigation of the root cause of my symptoms as I had been suffering with chronic hives. Knock on wood, I woke up the next morning after my treatment hive free for the first time in over two months! I am completely in awe of the energetic healing capabilities of TCM and I am so excited to continue to work with Kayla. Kayla is wonderful!I have never had acupuncture before until visiting Kayla at Lift Wellness; she made it a great experience. I was nervous for my first visit, but Kayla is very knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do, but also some theory around the practice. Kayla is an amazing acupuncturist and human being. She is well versed in addressing clinical symptoms and the eastern medicine/energetic/spiritual aspects of TCM as well.
