Great location and great service. The staff were polite, professional, personable and more importantly, did a great job cutting my hair!I will definitely return next time I need a haircut!

Walked in....stood by the counter for 10 minutes. None of the three staff members even said hello or acknowledged me. Another gentlemen walked in and he wasn't there 1 minute before he was spoken to. Online reservations only it seems. Definitely NOT recommending.

I decided to try this place out again, the first time I went both me and my friend had our hair completely butchered, uneven lengths on either side, patches where they had cut the hair to short with the clipper, crooked neckline and much more over all was not a good cut. Today I decided to give it another try…bad decision I received the same experience my hair looks awful the exact same thing, i left the place covered in hair as they barely attempted to clean it off my neck shoulders and face. It cost me a total of 35? (With the minimum 5$ tip as there is no (no-tip) option. I could have gone to first choice and received i proper cut for 12$ which I will mostly likely do. I’ve been to other places that charged a similar amount or maybe a bit more but I found with hair cuts you get what you pay for but here I did not get what I payed for, they had my in and out in 10-15 min which is not close to the time that should be taken for a 35$ hair cut. The hair dressers are nice people but not very attentive when you first walk into the shop, the vibe in there seems to be like “how many haircuts can we rush in through out the day” which makes me wonder if it’s a commission sort of situation, which if it is I feel sorry for these hair dressers as maybe they are not given the proper motivation to enjoy their jobs. I work in a service where I am expected to look clean cut and approachable everyday (LE) and sadly this weekend I will have to wear a hat throughout the whole long weekend while I work. So if you are needed to look well maintained throughout your day please consider my experience, I am not one to say it is every single hair cut because there are many positive reviews at this location but this is my second experience and I don’t think I will be coming back for thirds.

Sports Clips in Orillia is an amazing place. I’ve never seen such great service. The wait time was reasonable and the prices are very fair for the service they offer.I got the VIP service which included a hair cut, a hot towel, and a back massage. Kayle was the amazing stylist that took care of my hair and she was absolutely amazing. The fade and the cut was on point and she was such a friendly person - not a dull moment. Also love the fact that you can watch sports.Definitely recommend this place and I will be making this my regular stop.Thanks Kayle for the nice haircut and thanks to the team for making it a good vibe.

My boyfriend sees Courtney at sport clips in Orillia regularly and loves his hair cuts! She is always attentive, asks questions to ensure she’s giving her clients what they want, and explains what she’s doing/why. Not only that, she is very personable and positive. We have recommended quite a few friends to see Courtney and they’ve all had positive things to say! Highly recommend, we will definitely be long time clients

I dropped my husband off while I went to get some groceries.It was his first time there, he was spoken to right away and waited his turn.Courtney took care of him, she offered him a service which included a massage of some kind. He said all the staff was friendly and he would return again ..Happy New Customer , keep up the great work !

Men with sumo/man bun style. Listen up!I just had my hair done by Kayle, and not an easy cut. I have grown my hair way out and asked for my hair to be faded up halfway. I felt like I was being picky with how I wanted my hair parted and transitioned from bottom to top, but she listened. Started to tie up my top hair, clipped all the mid-hi hair and started clipping away and did everything I asked. Perfect in fact. Highly recommend her! I love how it turned out. Thanks Kayle!

Today I thought I would take advantage of a promotion and check out the new barber shop , sports clips that just opened locally. Was not impressed. First I had to wait 2hours for the service, 2nd I requested for Jenna but once it was my turn I was told someone else was doing my cut. 3rd This was the outcome of the haircut. Not impressed at all and won’t be returning. I don’t usually do google reviews but felt I should share the quality of work. Wouldn’t recommend.
