Very nice office. Welcoming and friendly. Modern and clean. Dentist & hygienist were very informative and gentle. Definitely recommend Maxwell dental !

I took my sons (aged 7&9) for a regular checkup & scaling. This was our first time at Maxwell. Everyone (receptionist, hygienist, dentist) was warm & welcoming. The hygienist & dentist were great with my kids. There was constant praise and reassuring words for the kids. They even gave them little prizes at the end.I've been to other dentists where they really push for x rays and other treatments, I didn't get that feel at all with Maxwell. They were super transparent with their pricing from the start. And everyone seemed understanding & not pushy at all.

Absolutely the worst place to deal with. They charged me a $200 fee for missing an appointment without giving me any information to state that is their policy ahead of time. Disrespectful and arrogant on the phone when I disputed the charge. Gave me the run around and zero resolution as well as refused to allow me to speak to anyone in leadership. Clearly I understand cancelation policies but $200 is absurd and they make zero effort to let their clients know this ahead of time. I called my bank to review the transaction only to find out that someone from their location attempted to charge my credit card 4 times totalling $1000... Currently a fraud investigation is underway as they are saying that did not occur yet I have the documentation from my bank... Now I know why they wouldn't let me speak to someone in charge.

Really don’t recommend this place. They overcharge and are passive aggressive. “Holistic” dental approach is just an excuse to make money for bare minimum work. Don’t waste your money. Not to mention, they don’t ask for consent or properly inform you about what they’re doing.

Had our first happy visit" for my 3 year old. The staff were warm

My 6 year old son chipped the front of his adult tooth. The hygienist and dentist were both amazing and calm and my son came home and said, “I love going to the dentist”. This is something that every mom likes to hear. We will be back with the entire family soon. What a great experience.
