I brought my laptop in to Technosys and they did an excellent job. They performed a free diagnostic and made some repairs along the way. Technosys ended up informing me my laptop was beyond repair. The most remarkable part was them not charging for the repairs they made during the diagnostic. Definitely the best experience I've had with any laptop repair place for sure.

Yesterday I had dropped my phone at this location. I was told that the technician would be in to fix my phone the same day. After several hours with no response about my phone, The store was closing. While i was on route to pick up my phone, the lady at the front desk said my phones not ready and she closing" so after making the trip there I couldn't get my phone. Now im on the second day with no phone probably on my way to pick up a broken phone because the "technician" still hasnt started fixing my phone. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AS A GENUINE PERSON ID HATE FOR THIS TO HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE I tried again today to get in contact with them and the technician still hasnt bothered with my phone. Dont waste your time here. An update******* so my phone has been with this man for about two days every time i ask for my phone he says hes just started working on it this was each time i called and requested information about my phone. They've closed again keeping my phone again and i have not an idea about what is going on because they gave me the run around all day. My phone may have been stolen by this company i will update soon."

always provide best deals for home internet. i have 3 boxes with these guys and its amazing. all channels working awesome. Very professional and humble staff.

Took 3 week to fix my item which turned out to still be broken. Brought it back and have waited another 2 weeks and have not been contacted since. Its been over 5 weeks and I still dont have it back. If you want your computer fixed quickly go somewhere else because they clearly are in no rush to service your products... Bringing back an item the next day that was not fixed does not classify as asking for a free repair.

Just called to ask a few questions about pricing on laptop repairs, the lady who answered is so rude and has no regard for customer service. Please don't go here. Spend your money elsewhere.

Took my laptop to them for power button repair, they repaired the power button but broke the volume button. I contacted them about the issue with volume button. They told me to bring the laptop to shop. I gave them the laptop, which they kept for a day. But they did not even care to open it and simply said that it can not be repaired. In conclusion, they fixed one issue and created another issue and took full charge.

Great customer service. I am using their tv box excellent quality if i had any issue in channels i call them and they fixed it fixed quickly. The girl at main desk is very helpful. Highly recommended

It is very rare to find a company nowadays to correct any shortcoming from their end. And I am so pleased and happy to finally met one! This company take on ethics and professionalism should be emulated by everyone!They took care of my problems with their utmost attention! They do make sure to go to the very end to make me happy.Kudos to Technosys! More power to your company!
