I have had Jukai on my list of places to try for a few weeks, so took my colleagues out for lunch this past week. Firstly, it is in an excellent area! I had never been before, but parking was relatively easy and not terrible expensive ($5 for two hours). I have to say upfront - their staff is excellent. Really attentive, friendly, proactive and quick. They definitely made our experience that much more enjoyable. We were seated quickly as we had made a reservation, and it was only a matter of minutes until our food had started to arrive. Their sushi pizza was definitely some of the best I've had. The tempura sweet potato was also the perfect texture which I enjoyed very much. Their fried milk was also the most delicious I've tried. Their sushi rolls, while tasty, were not the best I have had but you cannot argue with the quality and quantity for the price of $17.99 for AYCE. We embarrassingly ordered way too much, but their overage fee was very reasonable and I'm glad that they encourage customers to help reduce waste. Would definitely eat here again but would be more likely to order a few rolls for takeout.

Love it. Try the all you can eat. Mini kamikaze and ocean 7 are so special.Try the menu options to add different ingredients and sauces to your liking. Make sure you book ahead of time as it has become so popular.

This is our new go to for Sushi, whether you are going for all-you-can-eat or a-la carte. The Thai dishes are great too. The food is so flavourful and fresh. The staff is amazing too. The service is usually pretty quick, unless the restaurant is full. Then you might have a bit of a wait, but well worth it. The only downside is the parking can be challenging. Grab a table near the window for a view of the Halifax Harbour.

My bestie and I went here for the first time. Instead of using sheets of paper, you use an iPad and app. The food was delicious, not much we didn't care for. That was just personal taste, not the preparation. My friend loved the bites of beef, her favorite! Some of the maki rolls were large, so I would order small untill you are familiar with this spot. We are excited to come back and try more. The staff we had were really good. Price is certainly reasonable for what you get. You can order a la carte as well...

Just WOW!! My partner and I got the spicy crab roll on a deal they were running, and it was the best sushi I’ve ever had. Such great flavour, and the inner filling of crab was stuffed more than I’ve ever seen anyone do before. 5 stars from us! We’ll definitely be ordering again.

Typically we go to Mizu in Halifax and figured we would give this place a try… we are never come back. Their menu items are confusing, we ordered a crispy spicy salmon roll and everywhere I’ve gone that has that roll does not use fishy tasting a smelling(probably frozen) BROWN salmon we thought it was chicken until we took a bite! Typically the roll has the tempura crumbs inside and is sushi grade salmon. The guy who served us did absolutely nothing and walked away. $80 for 2 people and if you don’t finish anything they WILL charge you and they make sure to mention that. Go to Mizu. Don’t waste your time.

Probably one of the more better places to do all you can eat in Halifax. Even if you don't like sushi, you can order meat off the grill and soup. Desert is multiple ice cream choices.Price of the menu is also reasonable, per person all you can eat or you can order off the menu.

Understandably it’s Valentine’s evening, but 1.5 hours (so far) for a take out order, 45 minutes was the estimated time to pickup, 30 minutes in a line and not even asked my order number yet… I have no idea if the food is good, but the foresight to close the online ordering system at this point simply isn’t there… also there are over 20 people behind me in line still.Update: The wait was not good, but the food was amazing.

The food was excellent and service great too.A wonderful assortment of all-you-can-eat choices.A bit pricy, probably $10-$15 pp more than similar restaurants, but you pay for quality.
