Colleen is the only person I trust to get any bag or accessory (whether it’s vintage or luxury) to look brand new again. I’ve never seen anything like it! She takes the time to fix up every detail of your piece to its original standards and even cleans & conditions them! Be sure to take good before pics, because your after pics will ASTOUND you!

I cannot recommend Colleen and The Grey Spa enough. Her work is incredible. I left her with my LV St Cloud, that is 10+ years old, to be freshened up. She replaced the lining of two pockets with beautiful black suede, redid the edge coat, replaced vachetta and gave my bag a deep clean, condition and polish. My bag looks incredible! Highly recommend Colleen for all high end bags!

Colleen did such a phenomenal job restoring my vintage Chanel wallet, it’s truly been brought back to life! I’m extremely impressed with the care that was taken and will continue to trust The Grey Spa with all my vintage pieces. Cannot recommend her enough!

Colleen completely rejuvenated my Gucci purse and made it beautiful again! She replaced the lining (the old one was flaking off and sticking to everything in the purse!) as well as giving the exterior and hardware some much needed TLC. It looks like new. I would recommend Colleen and will use her again.
