Now this is a place where they strive for customer service! I work in the customer service industry myself, and I was blown away at how professional and how well Nada listened! They gave me a great deal on my new iPhone, and were not pushy at all with the extras. I have been to numerous Mobile Device stores and nothing beats this one! Would definitely recommended this store over other Wireless stores in Moose Jaw! I will be coming back forever for my new phone purchases here!

I don't live in Moose Jaw, but was in the city visiting family. I went into the Moose Jaw location with my sister who was interested in purchasing a new phone. Breanne and Dylan were so helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant that I was inspired to inquire about upgrading my phone. In the end we both walked out as very happy customers with our new phones! Raghav Piplani was a great deal of help when I came in to upgrade from Galaxy S10+ to an A14. I didn't know I could trade in a phone that old and he saved me quite a bit of money, which was very nice of him. And Breeanne was very, very prompt with her help initially. Getting my new phone was never easier. I barely had to do anything other than send an email and show up at the store.

Nada was incredibly helpful and friendly, she even reserved the new iPhone for me and made sure to help me get the most affordable plan. She was very patient and after her asking a question, she waited for my answer before suggesting something. She is very skilled at using language/terminology that I could relate to/understand. Reluctantly parted with my Blackberry Key 2 for a new Samsung. Suspected the transfer of data would not be smooth and there were glitches. Breanne and Bailley, in particular, spent hours getting things set up. I was so impressed with their service, responsiveness, ability, and dedication. Bailley went above and beyond in every area of customer service. This is the place to go for your phone and cellular needs!!!
