LOOKS LIKE THEY CONTINUE BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!!Even with all the reviews about selling broken items that are junk and tricking people (customers) they continue that practice... WHY?????I bought a Qled TV just recently from them and when i get there to pick it up it had a large blotch burn in on the screen. They could have mentioned it on the online bid site but of course they dont and then say at the counter, OH too bad these are the rules on the wall.Even though I agree with the rules you cannot post a TV making it look in good condition take me for over $800 and then say too bad when you know it was junk."

This place has abysmal customer service. I bought a couch (among other things) and when I when to pick it up I dealt with the owner (I assume) and he was very nice. However, his employees consistently treat people in a rude manner. I called because I wanted to put an absentee bid but wanted to make sure I bid on the right item - I wanted to match the description with the picture on the website (the picture was taken in such a way that I could not see the number on the item). After a frustrating 3 minute conversation, the person on the other line shouted at me and hung up on me. Also, I have left messages in the past and nobody ever got back to me. If you have thick skin and don't mind being mistreated, you will most certainly find some good bargains at this place. However, I will not patronize a business that hasn't learned to respect their customer.

They don't inspect what they are selling and if they do they don't seem to mention something is broken when selling it. Beware of non functional electronics and computers without hard drives as I paid good money for go pro 5, nest door lock and a expensive speaker which nearly set my household on fire 20mins after I plugged it in. Anyways they should be honest and clearly state that something does not work. Hard drive is no excuse to not test it before it hits your floor.

Wish I could leave the negative they truly deserve.Bought a Brand New 2200.00 (plus buyers premium plus taxes) Steam Cleaner they advertise as brand new still in original wrapping - was missing parts when delivered and to date they have done nothing about it period.Dean who runs the place and did so before was a great guy - now that Able Auctions runs it is is a place to avoid period!!Have had many issues with Able Auctions who is run by a true clown and due to recent events will never attend another one as constantly taken!!Sorry to see Able now in charge - was large customer of Lougheed Auction for over 25 years - and Dean was upfront and professional.

After spending thousands and thousands of dollars, we've been treated with complete contempt! In one auction alone we spent more than $34,000.00 and that only bought us rude and nasty service.

Almost Criminal be careful!!They dont disclose very obvious screen problems for the TVs. Big large burn in on the TV which they turned on and have seen as clear as day, they dont disclose for online bidders. the big black blotches on both these TVs is not supposed to be there and not fixable. Wasted $1200.00 on a TV that is basically garbage.Her response was TOO BAD FOR YOU we have rules on the wall." Not disclosing is the same as lying and is very bad business. Surrey

Update is below.Details on picking up items not clear. I went to pick up my item and they told me it was no longer there (even though I found it on a table back for sale with my lot number still on it). There isn't clear language on what the prescribed time for pick up is. The staff there couldn't care less as long as they got their money. If only I could rate 0 stars .....Update: After not selling my lot in the next auction they were happy to let me pick up the items the following day. If it weren't for the original conveyance of the pick up time frame (you only have 24 hrs) and the rude employees I would rate this at 5 stars.

Bought a hot tube from here and they missed one of the item. Called and spoke to Dean. He look into the order and shipped the item immediately. Awesome service, highly recommended!Some of the item are used so expect missing parts. Make sure you research and bid accordingly.

HORRIBLE. Do not buy from here. No guarantee on products. I understand that products come 'as is' but one would expect them to actually work. Bought iPhone as an absentee bid. Doesn't even turn on. Spent $200. Description should specify when items don't actually work. Terrible and rude customer service.

Do not bid without going to check the products first. I got a lot of junk to throw away. Like.....most of electronic products do not work, bags and carpets dirty or ripped, and one time missing products when I bid for one shelf of products and I didn't notice till home...not going back.I do have products that are good for use. That's why the 3 stars.
