Crystal Springs Water

They don't even deserve 1 star. They delivered a dirty machine that smelled like a fish tank. They are supposed to call before they deliver to make sure you are available, so they can set up the machine in your home or office, they did not. The water dispenser was left outside my back door. I was home (because it was my estimated delivery date) nobody even knocked on the door. I called to complain and I was told I would get a brand new water dispenser delivered, and that they would make sure to call before they delivered it. The delivery men showed up, no phone call, with another used dirty machine, I told them it was supposed to be a brand new dispenser in the box, and they told that would take 6-8 months to get me a new one. Save yourself the hassle and go buy a dispenser and water from the store, they don't cost much at all.
