This may be an odd review but I felt it necessary due to the exceptional level of service and attention I received from Kathy this week. We were looking to have some vinyl lettering done on short notice and live in Orillia. Of the 4 companies in Orillia that I contacted, one couldn't do it due to being swamped and not having the right colour of vinyl, one other responded to my inquiry that they couldn't do the job and the other 2 that I spoke with on the phone asked to see the specs and said they would get right back to me...well...no surprise, they didn't. I then contacted Kathy at Speedpro. She could not have been more helpful and was right on it and asked all the right questions. At a time where exceptional customer service seems to be a thing of the past, it was so wonderful to find a company that actually makes you feel wanted as a customer! Thank you Kathy.
