We called them as we were having an emergency situation with our drilled well. They did not want to dig in our hole and said we had to widen it to an unreasonable width. The ground is frozen and the hole is big enough to work in. My husband told them that the pipes will freeze if we left it too long and that he couldn’t dig anymore as it’s all solid. They said “yah, they’ll probably freeze” and left it as that. When my husband went to call the office to explain to them what was going on, they got into their vehicle and spun their tires out of the driveway. My husband told the girl on the phone this and her response was “I seriously doubt that.” They are very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with.

I am a Gas Fitter technician, on Friday evening ,I had to fix customer hot water tank I was short ofgas some gas fittings the front counter lasy not only provided me the required material ut helped me to use her workshop such an amazing service indeed .bravo

Stay away from this place, service is very poor, Especially Nick who claims to be certified was very unprofessional at best, on top of that the cost was unreasonable for the work done. I do not recommend for any HVAC work.

Very curt responses, not flexible, and communication skills poor, over all unpleasant. very pushy about getting me to buy a new furnace, and actually pointed out some problems, he instead he just hit the vent and the furnace started to blow hot air? I had already had him repair the furnace a couple months before, and he was here for less than half an hour, charged me 90.00, my furnace still is not working???? I will be getting my service else where from this point moving forward.

Our water system lost all pressure at 7:00 pm. We called Riverside for emergency service and by 8:15 pm our problem had been diagnosed and repaired. Outstanding service! Many thanks for a great job.

5 star PLUS!!! We received AMAZING service from Riverside Plumbing!! We needed to fix the plumbing of our sink in the bathroom as a condition on the sale of our home which was SOLD!! Not only did they come SAME DAY but we didn't know how to remove the drawers of our vanity so he could have access to the pipes in order to fix the leak. He went to the store where we bought it and asked the staff how to disassemble it without breaking it. Who does that? He certainly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Please call them if you have any plumbing issues!! I can't thank them enough!!!!

Nobody answered the phone at 3 pm on Friday March 26 and the website indicated open until 5 pm. Went there and the store was closed at 4:10 pm. Sign on door said closed at 5 pm. Wait until Monday for parts while my basement is flooding?? 0 stars

They seemed confused about plumbing. Flooded my bathroom, scratched my floor then didn’t return. But they took my tap. They delayed the project by two weeks. But when I explained the issue I was asked if I was a plumber!? Get ready, it’s going to be interesting! They refused to return and I guess I lost the tap. I’ve never seen someone drag out an hour more.

They literally saved us when we first moved to our new house. The previous owner had left us a nasty clogged sink in the kitchen and with 5 people in the house, no sink is just not an option. They came quickly and actually found the pipes under the sink were not done properly (now why the home inspector missed it is a whole different issue). The plumber redid the whole pipe system under the sink… and it’s been working perfectly since, 18 months later. We got good service at a very fair price.
