We were late getting to town and it was almost time for them to close but they still changed my oil lots of other places would've turned me away I'm sure glad for small town service

The staff here are quick, professional and the friendliest people!! We are always happy with the service and will continue to support them. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary things for your vehicle either.

Updated April 18: They are now REFUSING ME SERVICE because they don't like my reviews!! They wouldn't tell me why after asking them why they refused until I asked them 3 or 4 times and he finally said I obviously don't like their service so why should they even try? Wow. Must be nice to have so much business they can't handle any criticism whatsoever!Updated Nov 6, 2021: Stop shaming customers, please...I am so tired of the new standard of shaming...dentists, doctors and now just getting my oil changed! I try not to go here too often. Nice enough people working here, but they don't perform many of the jobs on their checklist.The final straw was the manager telling me my air filter was really dirty" and I should change it. I told him that I change my oil about twice a month and just shake off the filter and I'll be good to go for another month. He mumbled something that I couldn't hear and just put it back without giving it a shake.I mentioned to him that I really like going to Econolube in Spruce Grove because they don't expect me to change an air filter with every oil change. They'll clean mine out and even vacuum the case it's in. They know that I'll buy one next time.The manager then told me that perhaps I should just go there since I like it so much.I assured him I would

Originally I had a really bad experience with one of the gentlemen that was working on the day I came by. Really a terrible experience, having a bad attitude and clearly a bad day on behalf of one of the staff members. I did get a hold of the owner of the establishment, and he made sure I was taken care of incredibly well the next day. No issues. I would recommend anyone to go here for a quick oil change if they're in the area and need it. Good people run this place.

I so appreciate the staff at Jiffy Lube in Devon. They have been courteous and respectful and so helpful to keep the details that we didn't get done last time but need to look at next time. They always offer good insight and I appreciate and highly recommend this staff and company.

Great service from the two gentlemen friday evening! Thanks so much for staying open and helping us get done what we needed while we were passing through! Also sweet touch giving us a couple bottles of water on this hot day!

Fast and fairly priced. Friendly staff. Ask you before they go anything extra and no pressure for the upsell which is a nice change
