About the Bra

The sales associates will fit you to each bra as they say every bra fits different, but they will not take accountability for sizing you incorrectly. I purchased two bras from them because the sales associates fit me to them, but when I wore it at home, the band was way too big. They refused a refund even though I was sized wrong by them, and I had all the original tags on, had the proof of purchase, and it hadn't been a week since I bought them. The sales associate Annette kept saying each bra fits differently. I bought the bras because she and her sales associates said they fit me. I then tried the bra on again in front of Annette and proved to her that the band was too big and she still kept saying each bra fits different". They don't disclose to you that they don't offer refunds at checkout

Absolutely fantastic service. I have a torn rotator cuff and I was looking for a bra I could wear that would not cause me pain and that I could easily take off. The service was incredible, the lady was very knowledgeable on my injury and what bras/ styles/ sizes would aggravate my injury. She gave me advice and was so nice to chat with. I will definitely be back!

About the Bra has been my go to for undergarments for years now . I am IN LOVE with the unique European style options and fits but most importantly the service. Not matter what the occasion, I have always felt very supported to find pieces special for me - from size, fun suggestions and colours I would never think to try myself but end up being my favourites!!! Annette is great with literally every body! My 81 yr old friend found her perfect bra and was fitted properly for the first time in her life, at 81!! I have beautiful pj’s, bras, panties, etc from this store and love them all! Beautiful store!

I received excellent customer service when I tried on a few bras. The bra I purchased fits perfectly and is very comfortable to wear and pretty. I had an issue that required follow up that was resolved very nicely and I’m so happy. I will definitely be back again and I highly recommend this store. Thank you.

Today I visited both locations. The Marda Loop location offered wonderful customer service but unfortunately didn’t have the bra I needed in stock at the time. I went to the downtown location hoping for some better luck. The service I received was a 2/10. The employee didn’t acknowledge me as I entered the store, waited about 5 minutes to ask if I needed help after she finally acknowledged me. I wasn’t checked up on in the change room. The sizes she did help me out with were worse than the ones I picked out for myself, after that I wasn’t checked on again. When I left the change room, the employee was at the register on her phone with both earbuds in. I was unable to be fitted to a single bra in the store due to poor service. Had I properly been tended to, I’m sure I could’ve easily bought 10 bras that properly fit me.All in all, they offer good products but my trip was unsuccessful because I was unable to be shown which of their products actually fit me. Big thumbs down to the downtown location.

Amazing service and selection at The Core location. My sister and I this week spent almost 2 hrs working with Stephanie on bra fitting. The store and personnel want you to be satisfied.

After having a child & nursing I was super self conscious of my chest. I finally, after a few years of hiding under sports bras & baggy shirts, decided to go get properly sized and find something that looks good on me. I walked out with 3 beautiful new bras that are such a major confidence boost. The lady that owns the store, and the lady that run the Instagram pages are both such beautiful souls. Highly recommend shopping here if you want an empowering, understanding, knowledgeable, and supportive experience! Can’t wait to toss my ill fit clothes & stop hiding myself from the world!
