Real Smart Real Estate Training

There is no way I could of passed the Real Estate exam without Real Smart. My teacher Jas was super knowledgeable and made learning exciting which was refreshing after the dry read of the Real Estate Trading Services Text book. Jas even made the math part of the course understandable. I found the online videos very helpful and a good review after each chapter. Worth every penny!!!

I enjoyed the Real Smart Course and I found the math component to be very comprehensive and well laid out. I found Sandy to be quick,easy and friendly to deal with but for the most part yes you get answers back copied from the ESG text book. I found the 3 mock exams to be extremely beneficial at the end. The best part of the course is you can watch slide by slide over and over again until you understand it. I found when I finally wrote the UBC exam a few weeks ago I wasn't that nervous and I passed with 82%. I also had 4 hours of private tutoring on top of the course with an exceptional tutor Araz Mebhrani - Real Estate Tutor.

Thank you Sandy for helping me pass my real estate exam. In the summer of 2020 I had attempted my exam and failed despite having taken a supplemental course, in 2021 I decided to re-attempt and with the help of Sandy and her one on one tutoring which came with her helpful teaching techniques with easy to remember strategies, stories, and pictures. Thank you again Sandy!! My only regret is I didn't find her sooner!

I seeked out Real Smart to assist in more education while I went through the UBC Mortgage Broker course. (I took the online course) It was a definite help. Sandy was a true delight to work with. Her communication was exceptional, she responded asap, which many times was within minute of my email sent, this was extremely helpful for me as I moved through the course. She always had a very helpful response to my questions, sending a full explanation for me to understand a topic or a simple mistake made.For myself waiting 2-5 business days with UBC to respond was very challenging to make proper progress, at times, there was no response at all. Real Smart follows along UBC's workbook very well. I'm not sure I would have made it through my course as quick as I did without them. Sandy definitely gave me a great understanding of how to study the Mortgage Broker course. I would 100% recommend Sandy and her team.If you follow along Sandy's suggestions how to move through the RealSmart course, put the work in (and yes this is full-time education, 5-8hrs a day), do the quizzes, re-look at the chapters (this will click a lot of the 1st to last chapters together), do the moc-exams and I have no doubt you will be just as successful as I was on my first time through the Mortgage Broker exam (I did the paper/written). I also did as much as I could through UBC, I signed-up for all of the lectures, watched and listened to all the online modules more then once. This is a course to study not skim, studying will bring great knowledge once you hit the real world. I am so very thankful I came across RealSmart to help me start my new Career! Thank you Sandy!

Because of how great this course is I passed my exam on the first try, got a great mark too ;) I always have a tough time with math, but the way Sandy taught it made so much sense! During my exam I could hear her chanting interest accruing

Just finished up the course. Truly best decision I have made.The Teachers are incredibly helpful and really want you to do well. The Real Smart approach to the math portion was very easy to understand and now I am more than confident handling mortgage math. I would highly recommend this to anybody enrolling in the Real Estate program or trying to get into the industry.

I took the Real Smart course 9 years ago. If I hadn't taken it, I would probably still be trying to work my way through the course now. Real Smart kept me focused, interested, and informed. In my opinion, this is the best, easiest and most cost-effective way to pass your real estate course. Highly recommended.

I passed the Real Estate Trading Services Course Exam, the formulas Sandy explains were a life saver! I only wish I knew about Real Smart a year ago when I started the course. At least I was able to go through all of the Real Smart Videos over the last month which really helped me prepare for the exam. I would definitely recommend if anyone is struggling with the math or is looking for help studying for the exam, the three mock exams Real Smart provides are really effective to see where your knowledge is at.

I did it in Nov 2016 at first I thought it was ok but then they leave you to study on your own after 5 or 6 weeks of classes, can't remember now how long was it. If classes get cancelled due to snow, beware there are no make up classes for those, when asked the instructor she said you have online access also so you can study that chapter online and ask me what you didn't understand (then why couldn't I do the whole course just online from Real Smart). After this I took classes from GOBC and passed with 87% in the first sitting. GOBC is the best!!!! I wouldn't recommend Real Smart at all compared to GOBC. Since I took classes from both I can compare and save your time and money.
