Richard and the team at Lionheart Laser are top notch! This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with them in the past year, and both times have been an equally amazing experience! I was looking for a last minute wedding gift and they had a nice selection of champagne flutes that I ended up getting engraved. I communicated with Richard via email and sent him an example of what I wanted based on a picture I found online. The work was flawless, service and communication was prompt and Richard was so pleasant to work with. My friend LOVED the flutes and was absolutely ecstatic when she saw her and her husband's names on them. She ended up taking them with her on her honeymoon! I will definitely be back for any gifts I need personalized in the future!
