I had a flat tire during visit to Tobermory recently. I couldn’t find anyone in the area to fix it and then I got his contact number. He was very professional and very helpful. Charged very genuinely.

I had the displeasure of getting my car towed from this company. The owner was very rude, condescending and not understanding. Very unprofessional. They refused to give the paperwork until after and not on the spot. This is simple protocol in Toronto that these guys abuse. By refusing to give the paperwork ahead of time, they ended up upcharging his service for $500 for a 5 minute tow. For what? Nothing, just scheming and hussling hard earned money from people.His associates that work with him are also unprofessional and rude. Refused to welcome us and talked to us in a very condescending tone. For the sake of your dignity and wallet please refrain from using his service.

I had the displeasure to deal directly with Mike. We got pulled over and had to get the car towed and the officer reached out to Mike and his company. Not only did Mike laugh directly at us while we had women crying in the car. He made jokes about our religion and traditions and said you people shouldn't drive". In this day and age this behaviour should not be tolerated. Also I have doubts that this shady character operates within the law since he showed up looking a little out of it and tipsy. OPP seriously has to look into the towing companies they use. OPP you did right by pulling us over you did wrong by calling this company."

Mike is a courteous professional. Our car stalled on Hwy 6 near Tobermory yesterday, called CAA and Mike was assigned the tow. He did everything possible to assist us, giving us tips to stay safe, local contacts of auto mechanics and called the cab for us. Was a positive experience in a negative situation to see him willing to help when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere.

This guy is absolutely amazing and I would recommend him to absolutely anybody. He knows what he is doing and is very honest. We were on our way from Tobermory back to Ottawa when our brake lines went. He had a busy day but squeezed us in as he could sense the urgency and wanted to ensure we were going to make it to our destination safely. He made some really amazing, cost-effective suggestions and they worked. We thought we were going to have a hefty tow, mechanic as well as hotel fee trying to get this all figured out and within a few hours we were back on the road with brakes working better than before they even broke. Thank you Mike!

Unless dispatched by CAA, stay FAR away from this towing company. Absolute crooks. Don't listen to the good reviews posted by his friends to boost his rating.

Mike wasextremely helpful and took time out of his obviously busy day to diagnose and attend to my leaky transmission. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

10 hrs away from home, we had a flat tire and we called Mike to take a look at it. In an hour it was done and repaired. Bonus point, Mike’s dog is really cute and a distraction while waiting!

My car broke down at the ferry dock in Tobermory. The serpentine belt went and I had to drive it with battery power only to get off the boat. He works for CAA and he was more helpful than they were. I needed to get my car towed to Guelph and my family home. Due to COVID, they can’t take passengers. CAA was NO help in getting me a car rental, but the driver called me a taxi and we got home.
