I've been to many dealerships recently test driving cars. Bailey Miller at Genesis Niagara has distinguished himself as the most helpful and trustworthy person I've encountered. He is kind, patient, good natured, funny, and has worked tenaciously to find a used vehicle to meet my needs. He's gone above and beyond. Quite a contrast to other dealership experiences. Purchased a gv70 2.5t prestige about 6 months ago.Vehicle- sleek styling. outstanding drivabilty. Very comfortable. Powerful. Handling is superb. Safety features work very well.Costumer service- (brian) very informative and made the buying process very easy and convenient for us. (Laura) always met with a very nice conversation and great costumer service in terms of scheduling maintenance or scheduling any repairs.Location - convenient location to serve the niagara region. Although they currently share the lot with hyundai and their offices are in a trailer at the moment, they are in the process of building a Genesis dealership next door. Looking forward to seeing it!Overall I have had nothing but positive experiences with Genesis Niagara. I would strongly recommend going for a test drive if you are in the market for more of a luxurious vehicle at a very competitive price. You will be pleasantly surprised.Thanks Genesis team!

Id like to take the time to write a review that's well deserved for Genesis Niagara. I am a proud owner of a 2020 G70 and not knowing anything about the product , the experience from the sale til now has been nothing but exceptional! The whole staff is knowledgeable, very professional and friendly which made the whole process so easy and comcomforting. Laura has been nothing but great whenever service is required on my vehicle .She always has a loaner vehicle ready for me as scheduled and is both friendly and professional! I have recently bought my GV80 from Genesis Niagara, and my experience with this dealership is no less than phenomenal. Genesis experience manager Brian Bogusat has done everything above and beyond. Their customer service is something that definitely matches the brand value in terms of customer comfort. Although I live in Brampton but still Brain came all the way from St Catharines for a test drive. This was the second time they have done it for me, this truly shows their efforts to give customers a great service experience. I originally booked my vehicle from Genesis of Mississauga, but due to bad customer service I had to change my dealership to Genesis Niagara, because two years back I had great experience with them and I was pretty sure that they give customer satisfaction as their priority. while Genesis Mississauga sales guy rescheduled a simple test drive 5 times, Brian told me when and where I have to organize and I will be there and he made sure that it happens. Brian made my vehicle purchase experience so smooth that is beyond words to express. In every step of the way from booking to delivery Brain was so pleasing and helpful and every after delivery his dedication to serve his customers is true representation of his passion for looking after his clients.
