Customer service is great and it’s very fast. Usually same day or 1-2 days. If there is a delay, you will get a call or text for an update. I don’t like physically going to a currency exchange so this is the best option for me. You may find better prices in some other places but for me customer service, fast delivery, and no hassle of going to the place are the most important factors.

Great quick customer service. When I ran through some small issues I was able to get someone on the phone line quickly to help me. Would definitely recommend using them for exchange
