Beautiful garden! not sure if open to public . It is modular housing. BC housing owns it . Hogan's Alley sponsors it and Atira manages . Bicycle lane leads to viaducts.

Live across the street and this place continually has people yelling, screaming, and swearing outside the front door. Police and fire trucks frequently out front. It's great were opening up more housing for those who need it... but would be nice if the building insisted the residents be good neighbors.
