Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
All around terrible. It took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged that we walked in and another couple was seated before us.Ordered steaks, it took 50 to 60 minutes to get our meal. Had too ask twice for cutlery, then had to ask for napkins, steak sauce etc. We ordered medium that came out medium well, and medium rare that came out well done! The corn was cold! Our server rarely came to the table. We were almost done when we were asked if was OK, I pointed out the over done steaks, and was told we would receive a free dessert. After waiting and additional 20 minutes without seeing the server we decided we would leave enough money to cover meal and a small tip and just leave. This was our 5th time at this establishment, the first 2 were good, the last 3 have been terrible, the last being the worst. We will not be back.

This was our first, and will be our last visit to Chuck’s Roadhouse in Ingersoll! We read some negative reviews but thought we would give it a try.Greeter was not the most welcoming person, it took over an hour to get our food(chicken club sandwich was cold) there was only one high chair which was already in use by another small child, there was only one washroom which was filthy, and to top things off there was an “Honest to Goodness Fee” of 3% added to our bill? There is nothing honest or good about this fee being tacked onto our bill!!Our server Alyssa was the only positive part of our experience, she did an excellent job as she covered serving every table in the place!

One of the worst restaurants in the area, absolutely horrible customer service, The waitress behind the bar today, 14-APR-2023@3:30pm. Absolutely ignorant, it looks like she was totally lost and didn't know what to do.She deprived a couple well-tipping customers, a comfortable seat and had an absolutely unjustifiable attitude.Buyer beware, stay away from this Chuck's Roadhouse in Ingersoll, this isn't the first time stuff like this happens at this location, they just don't seem to care about the customer, their wants, or their support (in terms of money coming to the location).You are much better off going to Woodstock or London.

They state-Half price apps after 9. But not if you share supposedly went with party of 10. everyone got something, they refused to give us the half price since we were sampling eachothers dishes. Also took 1.5 hrs for simple dishes

Worst restaurant experience ever!... party of 4. Everyone's food was borderline warm. Meat had a liver taste. 2 meals not touched. One meal shared as it was slightly better than the others (steak bites and loaded fries) One meal eaten by diatetic who had no choice.Took 30 min for the staff to offer a discount! The staff were rude and condescending. Offered to recook cold steaks, which would have made them tough and overcooked. In the end we paid 30.00 for two meals and the other couple paid 20. They offered us a free dessert, but we couldn't wait to leave the place! No way we're eating a dessert there! Will never go there again!

My go to for a nice and relaxing dinner in town. Food is always good and prices are not extortionate like most other places I see lately (I know food prices went up but some places charge completely ridiculous prices)
