Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Last week a reserved a rental car from Enterprise in Truro, N. S. I had a Doctors apt in Halifax on Dec. 5. And I needed a car to get there. Upon arriving at Enterprise office in Truro, I was informed that there were no cars available. Had I been notified, I would have tried to make other arrangements but at this time it was too late.l I had to cancel my Dr.'s apt that I had waited six months to get. Thanks Enterprise. I think this was very poor business practices and on top of that the gentleman at the counter was very rude. Wasn't willing to try to make any other arrangements. I will certainly never use Enterprise again if this is the way they do business

Our train arrived 30 min late.Our taxi to take us to Enterprise was really slow and Enterprise closes at 5pm and it was after 5:30PM.Did David leave us stranded with no vehicle?No,he did not and we want to give a huge shout out to him for staying open until we got there.Thanks again David.I'm sure you realized just how much we appreciated you doing that.Cheers.

I did not personally use this service but my wife did. She is so happy with how her experience was with Enterprise and I have not had to hear a single word about how awful her experience was with Enterprise. You folks have saved me a tonne of grief. I will not hesitate to use your services for myself if the need should arise.

I reserved a car and when I went to pick it up, it was easy and hassle free. Alicia fixed me up so thanks to her, she was very helpful and pleasant to interact with.

Was givin vehicle with improperly repaired tire. Wasted my time~3hr to return their vehicle to another enterprise location and was also charged for extra insurance that I was told the charge was on hold once I proved my auto policy covered rentals

Due to a mechanical failure in our own car, we thought we were going to need a rental for a few days while ours was repaired. Even though we didn’t actually wind up needing a rental car, Dave and the staff at Enterprise were AMAZING. Although they didn’t have any cars when we called, Dave took our number, and called us back later in the day with the offer of a rental the following day. This company was the only place in town that cared. They were amazing. Thank you so much, Enterprise Truro!

Had a great experience lately with this branch of Enterprise.David was great, extremely professional, and answered all of our questions with the exact right amount of detail to make us feel comfortable with the rental car and the rental car process.On returning the car a week later we were offered a drive back home which also saved someone a trip across town to get us. These smaller details really add up and show great customer service when they go the extra mile! Thanks again Nikolai!

Had a car from Enterprise ( Truro N.S. ) for 10 days. Had no complaints on customer service or the car. Found customer service very nice to deal with. Highly recommend them

We had initially rented a cargo van for 2 days but had to turn back within an hour and a half due to some poor weather conditions. The branch manager was very accommodating, as we made it back by their opening time the next day.

Don't rent from Enterprise. Attempted to charge me an extra day after an after hour drop off. Enterprise also sold my phone number to spam agency -- very common, lots of threads online as evidence. Now receiving Spam calls regularly since a 1-day rental. Hardly worth it. Go somewhere else where your information is secure.
