Best in the business. Time and time again we have called on Precision Pool and Spa to build custom pools and spas for us on our single family custom home building and renovation projects. They continue to amaze our team as well as our clients. Their can do attitude and ability to customize just about anything pool or spa related has never failed us. When I decided to put in a custom pool and spa at my own home is was an easy choice to call on the professionals at Precision. They have fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning a pool that my family will enjoy for so many years to come. Thank you to the entire team at Precision for all you do.

After doing a lot of research I decided that gunite was the type of pool that would meet my wants for a pool. I checked around online and saw that Precision had good ratings so I reached out. I met with Dave and we discussed my “wants list”. Shortly after that he came up with a design for me that I love! We decided to move forward. We had a deadline too, and it was going to be tight. Well, despite 2017 being the year of the great flood here in Rochester, Dave and his team were able to pull it off. I was very interested in the progress of the project and Dave and his team were always very helpful answering all my questions and adapting to some of my on the fly changes. The quality of the work is amazing. I still can’t believe he was able to envision my wants into such an amazing pool. I am very happy. When we decided to put a pool in, the only company we called was Precision Pool and Spa. Dave Cox and his team had built a pool for my brother and I saw no reason to call another company. Not even to check price! The quality of the design process to the finished product was everything we could've hoped for! Precision Pool and Spa is the only gunite pool company I would recommend!

Dave did a great job building our spa. He delivered a quality product on time and on budget. His service manager Jeff is awesome. Dave, Danielle, and the entire Precision Pool team have been excellent to work with. The quality of craftsmanship coupled with responsive customer service has provided myself and my family with a remarkable experience. Called to inquire about gunite pool repairs, equipment replacement, etc. Would be a large costly job. Spoke with Jade (sp?) and provided all of my information. She was to speak with service and get back to me. A week later, no return call. Called again and spoke with her mother, the owner Danielle. Gave all of my information again. The entire tone of the call was not customer serving but rather they will see if the job is good for them".This seems to be the norm in the gunite pool industry - not enough providers for the work and they all think they are doing you a favor. This may very well be a good builder but they need to go to customer service school and learn they are nothing without customers. No customer should need to call twice or provide information twice.EDIT - response to owner's response:No

I always appreciate a company who has the owners direct involvement overseeing every project. Customer service was great- Danielle and Dave are great people to deal with. Highly recommend them for any future pool projects.

Precision has really turned around my pool experience. We bought our home in march and I whole heartedly was upset it had a pool but the wife loved the home so we bought it. All my concerns turned out to be true when everything that could go wrong, did. We were grandfathered in with another company (I won't name them out of respect) that handled the pool for the previous owners. That company genuinely didn't seem to care and didn't make us aware of issues, didn't communicate with us, etc... I was genuinely researching filling in the pool and being done with it. My wife convinced me to give another company a try and Precision was able to fit us in. From the very beginning they have been amazing. They will come multiple times a week to make sure the pool is perfect, that the machinery is function properly, let me know if I need to add some water to the pool... so to speak frankly, they do it all. I genuinely love having the pool now and having one has become a luxury instead of a burden. I know they are pretty full clientele wise and were barely able to squeeze us in but if they have an opening you will kick yourself for not jumping on their list. 10/10 would recommend
