Very poor experience 4 young ladies at the front talking to each other. me and 3 other people waiting for balloons order that were already blown up. This poor couple ahead of me were waiting for their balloons to be bagged popping 3 or 4 of them along the way. I asked for my order which I didnt purchase a bag and just wanted to order they weren't paying attention to any customer just talking amongest themselves when they were working next and how they can switch shifts. No urgency to blow up the balloons that had popped. Was pretty messy experience all together. I just took my order and walked out.

Really good experience at this location. Had to organize a party last minute, liyah, brianna and gurleen helped pick a colour scheme and I got balloons same day. Amazing time at this location.

Really bad service, extremely slow, no help whatsoever don't ever have what you need you have to wait in line to just even ask a question and then after waiting for 20 to 30 minutes you find out that they don't have the balloons that they have posted on one of their walls. I would recommend that stores like these are just not useful anymore. I would just rather order from Amazon.

Their staff is so courteous and accommodating. They have great inventory and I really like this party city location in particular. Thrice I have been there and either it’s costumes for Halloween, balloons or props, they have everything available and I have never seen them out of stock.

One word for them is Party ruiners. We ordered 8 helium balloons for party at home, and when we reached home, there was no air in 2 of them, and rest of them started falling down after a few hours. Our party didn't even start yet.Very poor quality of helium gas.

Overall, the store seemed to be ok. We were looking for specific stuff which we weren't able to find. 2 ye old birthday hat for someone who doesn't follow paw patrol, pokemon or PJ masks. We had a hard time finding anything outside of may be what is popular. Will have to look elsewhere.
