Enterprise Rent-A-Car
With the amount of money you charge for vehicles, ($900, 2 weeks) one would think you’d have a decent clean fleet with comfortable car seats for children. Instead we got a dirty car with what seemed to be the cheapest car seat on the market! Maybe invest some of the record profits that you generate by gouging people, into some comfortable child seats & save new parents the headache of having a screaming child sit in the absolute garbage you call a car seat. The days of a company wanting to take care of customers are long gone. Greed & record profits are all that seem to matter! Enterprise, you can do better!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I had no issues at all with my reservation, the car (Kia Rio) was clean and easy on gas, and had no problem navigating the hills even after a snow fall. You will have to walk from the terminal into the rental lot so dress for the weather. Returning the car was a bit confusing until I confirmed that you just drop it back off where you got it from (at the back of the row there are spots with return" signs on them). Someone may be driving around who can process your return in the lot and drive you to the terminal

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I always choose Enterprise when renting a car in Newfoundland. I have found the customer service exceptional. The last time I had a reservation for a car at this location, my was delayed and we landed 40 minutes passed the closing time of the business. I was happily surprised to see a staff member still at the booth waiting for us. Little considerations like these go a long way. Thank you Enterprise! Until next time!!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
We rented a vehicle from the Enterprise St. John's airport location and the entire staff was great. A special thank you to Brian, who helped us incredibly and turned our unfortunate situation of blowing out a tire into an extremely easy one to deal with. We were able to get our vehicle exchanged and get back to our original plans for the day without a hitch. Brian was responsive, sympathetic and even helped us with direction on how best to handle a replacement tire. Being in a foreign place and having an unexpected situation be so easy to deal was amazing. Thank you, Brian!

Took excellent care of us, we got a beautiful rental vehicle and they had the best price when we booked (through Costco). Kim checked us in and was super friendly and easygoing! Katie was there on checkout and made it quick and efficient! If I was renting a car again, they'd be my top choice in St. John's!!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Oh boy where do I start. The staffs are really friendly and tried their best to help. However trying is not enough and often in time you can't even find anyone to help you. We booked a trip with two kids and I called in days ahead before our trip requesting a car seat with our rental. Out of the 10 calls I made at different times they only picked up once. Once they picked up I asked for a car seat and they said sure no problem it'll be prepared. On the day we pick up our rental, the person in the front said they have no record of us requesting car seat at all. Now they did say that they can help us put one on right away so we figured that it should be OK. Now when we go pick up the car in the parking lot, no car seat in the car at all. Take us 15 minutes to find their staff in the parking lot even though their kiosk staff mentioned that we can easily find their staffs in the parking lot. Now when we do find their staff, the parking lot staff told us they heard nothing about setting up a car seat. So we have to wait another 20 minutes for them to actually get a car seat. Fast forward to when we return the car, there is no one in the parking lot at all to do the walk-around with us. It is really confusing to us what we need to do and calling them doesn't help since they never pick up the phone. I have to go all the way back to the kiosk and ask them what's going on. They said their staff in the parking lot hasn't start working yet and is on their way there even though it's already 10:30am. The rental itself have no issues and again their staff is really friendly and genuinely trying to help but man it's impossible to get a hold onto them and they have some serious communication issues between their staffs.
