Chief Whitecap Waterway
Unfortunately, the Chief Whitecap waterway is just an unmarked portion of the South Saskatchewan River. We paddled from Outlook to the Fred Heal canoe launch and saw nothing to indicate we were on the waterway other than seeing the Dakota Dunes casino in the distance.
