Horrible service. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. I had to drive 180 km twice, just to get disappointed. I called them one day in advance to confirm if they have paint that I needed. They told me to bring sample which I did first time. They asked me to leave sample there and promised that it would be ready next day. I told them that I drove 180 just to get it so please make sure it’s done. Next day when I drove back there, they told me that it’s not ready and I had to come next day to get it. Employee Jennifer did not even apologize. Instead she gave excuse that it’s only her and her coworker working there and I have to come next day if I want that paint. They did not try to make it right and had no remorse wasting my gas and time. This messed up my urgent project at work. Do not trust employees at this location.

Very helpful. I gave them a picture of the 2012 old can of paint that my mom had in her basement, and they made an exact match for me. Entire experience took about 8min.

Very knowledgeable. Helped us with our deck staining questions. Gave samples for us to find the right color. They were a cut above other paint stores.

We have a contractor account for almost 20 yrs. 28 ave location is consistently good. Staff are friendly. I can call in my order and by the time I get there it’s ready to go. Not thrilled that pricing keeps going up though. Thanks for good service.

Good if buying through a contractor, but massive markup if just getting on your own. Almost $80 for a can of tinted wall paint =\ not even 0VOC or mildew protection to validate the price. Just paint. Was $45 through a contractor (admittedly a few years ago)I wanted a can for spot touchups. Was told not possible to have my one can ready while I was in store. Would be over an hour so I'd have to leave and come back to pick it up. On way home I changed my mind and decided to buy from Rona as could get mildew resistant, 0 VOC, scrubable for half price right away, but would have to paint whole wall. When I called them 10 minutes after ordering, they said too late, the paint is ready for pick up.So when I was told it was impossible to have ready while I was in store either there is poor communication between front and back, the person in the front never checked what was currently on their task list to see how long the wait really would be, or they lied so I couldn't cancel order.My guess is number two, laziness and poor service, but I'll never know, because I will never be backI gave them 2 stars because they do offer matched tint based on paint chips if you really need

The employees there don’t write down the orders correctly. This is third time i got different code for iced silver and that stifled shuffled up my schedule.

Rude staff, unhelpful, do not recommend!
