Lineup outside wasn't too bad. 2 lineups - one for returns and one for purchasers. Not much variety though...looks like they need to restock some of the non standard drinks (radlers, European beer and flavoured beer)

Great store and great staff, especially now as essential workers during this pandemic! Unfortunately, there were a couple if extremely racists and ignorant people there today giving the security staff a hard time who were trying to do their job and do it it with certain restrictions to keep us all safe! You are lucky that you are even able to visit the beer store. It wouldn't be possible without the risks of many of the immigrants that are working now when others won't.

Very rude manager ,called Vince and his associate Jessica. They have no skills to serve the public. It looks like this manager does not know how to be a leader and train his people.I woukd never visit this store again .Very very unprofessional manager and associate!if they were in private sector they would have been fired long time ago !

Was able to place an online order to compilation payment was taken. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told they don't do online ordering. I managed to get the beer I wanted but was charged twice (online and in store) and am awaiting my online refund.

I never really know what I am getting, so I prefer the beer stores where you can browse yourself instead of ordering and they throw it at you, like this one is. On the same note, their touch screen catalog of what they have seems to be perpetually broken, which is a MAJOR issue when you don't walk in knowing exactly what you want or if you are looking for what's on sale that day.

Cindy ,who works at Beer Store was exceptional to follow-up with my request to get Barking Squirrel keg.She was Very pleasant and very professional !I just want to bring it to anyone's attention that Barking Squirrel head office is terrible when it comes communicating with the public!!! They do not answers calls,they do not take responsibility of their bad beer problem,dated September 11th, they do not answer their e mails !!!Extremely desopinted!!!
