I had the worst experience Friday evening with Tomasz. I'm not sure why he takes the 401 to the 400 north from the airport when there are much quicker routes but he does. At 6:45 I told him all 4 north bound lanes on the 400 were closed up to Finch. He proceeded to get on the 400 anyways. We sat for over 3 hours in traffic to finally be routed off at Finch. Then he proceeded to drive into head on traffic on the road by the Collosius theater leading to highway 7. I literally thought we were all going to be killed. First off I have no idea why he even got on the 400 after I said it was closed, and secondly as limo driver should he not have the apps for traffic conditions. Unbelievable! I will never use nor recommend this company. We left the airport at 6:30 and didn't arrive in Bradford until 10:45 after a 10 hour Eorpean flight not to mention the 5 hour time change. Exhausting and nerve wracking!

I was recommended Bradford Limo by a friend because of the cheap price. I was extremely disappointed with the service. I booked the limo for my wedding and a week before or so I was emailed asking to bump up the time from 3:45pm to 3:30pm because the driver was concerned about the weather affecting the drive time to the venue. The driver arrived early (around 3:10) and we started rushing to get dressed as we were behind schedule (as most weddings usually are) and at 3:38 my mom had to stop the driver from leaving us at the house! Everyone was frantic and panicked and my bridesmaids had to run out to throw our bags in the car to stop the driver from leaving without us! He told my mother he had another event and couldn't wait for us. We left at basically 3:45pm on the dot, which was my original booking time. It became quite clear that he was not concerned about the weather but in actuality he was concerned that he booked two events too closely together. I was so stressed that I cried in the limo on the way to the venue. Just a terrible way to start my wedding day. I would never recommend this service to anyone.As a note, I accept the fact that my bridesmaids and I were running late, but one would hope a limo driver with lots of experience with functions like weddings would expect to leave a buffer time, and be a little nicer when dealing with their customers.** As a response to the owner's comment I'd just like to say that although I admit we were running late- though definitely not as late as the owner stated for sure (let's be honest, it's a wedding- strict timelines can be very difficult to adhere to) the bottom line is that this limo company almost left me stranded on my wedding day, and the reasoning is that he had another event to get to. I would seriously consider my experience before booking your time with him. Normally I would not be so vocal about writing a review, but this was the day I had been looking forward to since I was a little girl and I do not wish the same experience on anyone else. At the very least I hope the company can take this review and force themselves to be better to people in future.

Bradford Limo provides a safe, friendly, clean service, always on time, and of course reasonable prices. I would definitely go back with them.

Excellent service. Drivers were on time for both pick ups from home and the airport. Helped with luggage. Drivers were friendly and polite. Will definate use again.
