Their site says they open at 9am. You get there, sign says they open at 10am. Came back after 10am and still closed. What a joke and. Waste of time. Went to elsewhere and got my carpet.

It's more like nightmare carpet.. the owner is just mean and gotta learn to have better manner. He can keep selling carpet in his dream. Check out the one couple blocks away, better value and service.
