After seeing another therapist at a different practice, I was searching for a new therapist that matched my needs. Alex has been an amazing help, asking all the right questions and giving me practical suggestions that have helped me make a lot of progress in my life.

Although I didn’t end up doing therapy here in particular, the assistance this place offered me in helping me find the right fit for me was freaking incredible. They were very informative about options available and encouraged me to really search out the right fit for me - and after multiple attempts at this therapy journey in general, it helps so much to know that there are agencies with therapists/administrators who actually do care about PEOPLE - it just seems to really matter here that people heal, whatever it takes, and that makes all the freaking difference in this world.So my partner did end up doing therapy here, because that sense of deep care being present made all the difference for them and what they needed was available at this place. And as for me, I found an incredible therapist at a different agency, but I cannot rave about this place enough - about how they truly cared about my journey even though they had no monetary gain from it, and how they have cared for my partner in their therapy journey first hand.

I can’t even describe how much therapy with Maria has helped my anxiety. I went from frequent anxiety attacks to infrequent short bouts of anxiety. What a difference. If you’re looking for a therapist in Hamilton, I highly recommend Restoration Mental Health! THANK YOU!

Was told they don't accept status cards. Then, they referred me to two different Christian services instead. Extremely tone-deaf and upsetting, especially considering it's currently National Indigenous People's month and I'm seeking to heal trauma caused by the residential school system, not seeking to be further traumatized by the so-called healers.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this agency. Bookings are made easily online; accessibility and transparency of the different therapists and their availability is fantastic, and all of my sessions have been extremely insightful and therapeutic. I feel heard and helped. Would highly recommend this agency to anyone!

Restoration is incredible! They always work hard to accommodate schedules and the quality of services they deliver are second to none. By far the best holistic agency in Hamilton!
