Huntsville Honda

I arrived at Huntsville Honda with my guard up and very suspicious/skeptical. I met Caleb and wow, I felt like I could trust him instantly. He was completely transparent with me and answered every question I had (and there were around 30 questions over 2 days). Caleb actively helped me look for the best vehicle to fit my needs and explained so much to me that I felt I could make an informed decision. Highly, highly recommend Caleb at this location!!

I was extremely pleased with my recent service at Huntsville Honda.From the outset, scheduling the appointment was a breeze. When I arrived in the service bay, staff was immediately available and explained how long I could expect to wait. Once completed I was sent on my way with a smile and a thank you.Top notch!

I advise everyone to stay far away from this dealership. The service is so extremely poor. I regret purchasing a vechile from them.Every time I bring my car in to get fixed, another issue comes up.They sold me a car knowing that the AC does not work. They attempted to make me pay for a new AC condenser when it was noted on the initial assessment (before I purchased the car) that the AC does not work. It took them 3 appointments to fix my AC... They did not order the right part, lack of staff for multiple appointments. At one appointment they asked me to come back another day

horrible service.I explained the problem with the hybrid part of the car (IMA) when I dropped the car off and asked for a cost estimate before they did any work the woman said she would call me in about half an hour. An hour and a half later I gave up waiting and returned to the dealer, they had not addressed the problem I had brought it in for and just told me about a problem I already knew about that had nothing to do with the IMA. At this point I no longer wanted to deal with them and asked for my car back. It cost me over $160 for nothing. The woman at the desk was pleasant but inefficient

They were speedy and professional in fixing both of the problems. I have been a Honda owner for Many years primarily because of the excellent service we get at Huntsville Honda. The air conditioner in our 2019 Civic had stopped working just as we left N. Ontario for a week-long visit to Muskoka. It made for a hot, noisy drive, particularly for our pup who occupied the back seat. I phoned Huntsville Honda and they were able to book a service appointment before our return trip. They diagnosed the problem (faulty sensor), determined it was covered under warranty, and did the work quickly while I was onsite. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and an impressive facility. Thanks again!!

Huntsville Honda is the worst dealership that I have ever been to. I’m happy for whoever is getting all this great customer service but it is certainly not my husband and I. Back in 2021 I came in looking for a car and I was talking about pricing and payments when I said what budget I wanted to be in, the sales associate laughed and told me that couldn’t happen. I drive two hours into the city and got the upgraded version of the car that I was looking at (same year of car) for about 10,000 cheaper once you factor in taxes etc. The customer service at the other Honda Dealership was impeccable. Fast forward to yesterday and I came in for an oil change due to a service credit that was offered to me (I never get my car serviced at Honda out of personal preference). I pay for the service and leave and notice it’s really loud when I drive. So I took it to my regular mechanic and 30 seconds of driving and they were able to tell me that it was my bearing and it was not safe for me to drive. (Which the Honda techs failed to notice at all) I called Huntsville Honda because it is covered under my warranty and I have to travel 12 hours with my baby and they said they can’t get the part until after the weekend. My mechanic was able to get the part and fix my car next morning. Same town, same parts places that they could have obviously called. So we went to Honda to get a reimbursement because it’s a warranty part and we’re told there’s nothing that they can do, that we have to contact Honda Canada and that it is somehow my fault that they didn’t fix my car. We will NEVER walk foot in that dealership for anything ever again. I will travel any distance to go to any other one necessary, they don’t actually care about you they just care about their bottom line.

Customer service is top rate at HV Honda. I was greeted with a warm welcome and appt was on time. Jordan explained everything my car required and was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Excellent and efficient service. Completed repairs quickly when my CRV broke down unexpectedly. I appreciated use of the loaner vehicle to help me out in a pinch. Good communication and pricing details so I could make a timely and informed decision on required repairs. A pleasure to deal with as usual !
