I went to the store to purchase a pair of shoes. I tried to ask this young black lady for help and she told me to go find somebody else and just take the shoes with me. So then I go to find somebody else and I find this young white lady blonde hair and glasses and she tells me I am giving her too much work by trying to get different sizes to try on. This was really awkward and definitely not a place I wanted to shop at. I needed shoes so I still went through with trying on shoes only to realize that the pair that they handed me look like they had been worn by somebody else and we're all scrapped up as if someone else had worn them. So in the end I left with no shoes. I would recommend going to another store.I should add that when I asked for a pair of shoes they told me that I should know my size in advance so they don't have to look it up and help me with it.

I use to shop a lot from this location .I order online in store shopping for me and my family .I did online order for my daughter and got the shoe some how it didn't fit her .Today I went to exchange but they didn't had it and when I ask them for refund the Indian lady whom I saw 1st time was so rude and unprofessional. She told me rudely that it is worn I said it didn't even fit and it's online order tag is still there she tried at home on carpet what u are talking about it's 100 percent fine .I am so mad right now the worst customer service ever .I feel discriminated by that lady.I will never recommend anyone to shop from this location .Totally unethical behaviour .

I will never shop at this location again the manger has no idea how talk to people let alone how TO RUN A STORE. This is such a shame I used to shop at this location ALL the time. Every time it was a big red head lady that ALWAYS GAVE ME THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE not sure what happened to her but would recommend to bring her back !!!!!

Went to this location yesterday, 1st time I walked in there was one staff and very busy, I found 2 pairs of shoes I liked, waited in line, got my size tried them on. Decided to come back later store was so busy, came back 2 hours later, now 2 staff but the store is even busier. The ladies tried there best, unfortunately there was a customer who didn't sympathize and was demanding and very rude. She believed that they should continue to help her whenever she demanded. She was hysterical in the store, made such a fool of herself. The store needs to figure out the busy times and ensure it is staffed. The store was a mess inventory all behind the cash. I can see why people shop on line. Customer do need to be a little more patient.

Service was horrible! I went into this location wanting to purchase a pair of sneakers. There were two women working. One on cash and the other on the floor, neither of which greeted us as we walked in or asked if we needed help with anything. Mind you, we were the only customers in the store. When I walked towards the girl on the floor she told me the girl on cash would assist. The girl on cash looked like she was very busy doing inventory or whatever, while the one on the floor was putting shoes away and could’ve been of more assistance. When I went towards the girl on cash she looked at the other girl and said: there is someone here who needs help. The girl did not come over she continued doing what she was doing(which could have waited as in retail the customer comes first, or at least what I was taught having worked in retail before). I waited a couple mins and noticed I was not going to be getting any kind of customer service anytime soon. I walked towards my family and told them let’s leave. My mom then said the customer service here is horrible and that even when the girl on the floor was packing shoes away my mom was sitting down and instead of placing the shoes back nicely she dashed the shoes right where my mom was. Very unprofessional!! After leaving the store I went into The Shoe Club a couple stores down and found the exact same shoe, which I ended up purchasing because the customer service was impeccable. And that’s from a worker who was also assisting two other customers while assisting myself. I rather put my money where the customer service for customers is up kept !

Poor mgmt. I went to the store to do a return on a very busy Sat. There were 2 girls doing their best to keep up. I think one of the girls was newer, she went to the back to ask the mgr who was on break for help with a transaction. Mgr stuck her head out & asked only other employee actively serving customers on the floor go help. Like she couldn't take 5 min to help her to complete transaction. 2 staff working were great 5* for them.

This place doesn't know basic requirements of good customer service. On a weekend, big queue at the POS and customer service rep was busy chit chatting with the customer. Moreover, there were other two reps just standing there and didn't bother to serve next customer. Wow, says a lot about how this store operates

Wow, what a rude sales person. Didn't have time to serve, look for product or make a sale. Great products, but when she looked for my size, came back with a tart no". Didn't offer to find it or order it in. Won't go back

Have called store on 2 occasions this week left a message with details of a shoe I wanted to confirm there so I could come over and buy 2 pair. No return phone calls. Sadly for them Sport Chek did a price match and I bought them there. Every time I have been at this mall and passed by the store there are crickets. Never that busy.

Very bad experience. There were two girls who were getting irritated on asking for shoe sizes. They were telling us meaning the customers to bring the show boxes back to counter after checking for the size. They were saying they won’t give more shoes if we don’t put the boxes on counter. Moreover they were blaming the company that they are not providing sufficient employees to handle so they were saying if companies doesn’t listen then they can only ask the customer to listen. One of the customer replies to that, “ so now everything comes on me and how im supposed to be blamed for this. “ Very bay if people are not willing plz don’t keep them at work.
