I strongly recommend Dr. John as the top chiropractor in town for his ability to address the root cause of any issue and provide appropriate treatment to his patients. He is a welcoming and knowledgeable practitioner who offers exercises to strengthen affected areas. As someone who has struggled with various muscle and joint problems, I can attest to his ability to alleviate pain effectively. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking treatment.

My first appointment for chiro and massage therapy turned to be an absolute pleasant experience. John did wonderful in ensuring that I am to be moving forward with the corrective process to ensure my quality of life as well as going an extra step assisting me with my insurances. I recently saw Dr. Lutz for my first Chiropractor appointment. He was so welcoming and knowledgeable. It was a such an informative appointment, everything was explained very thoroughly. Dr. Lutz was able to treat my concern and he provided me with an at home exercise program on how I can further help myself should my issue arise again. I highly recommend Dr. Lutz! Yesterday was my third massage with Devin and I cannot say enough good thing about the services I've received!! Devin is the best RMT I've worked with yet, he is highly knowledgable, professional, skilled, friendly, and calming. Somehow he manages to release my intense pain and tension with deep tissue massage and muscle release, well also making me melt into the table and almost fall asleep - it's magic, really! :) I also appreciate the stretching and muscle release techniques he's shared with me that I can do at home. If you're looking for a 5 star massage experience, I would definitely recommend Devin. Additionally, Move's space is very clean, calming, and everyone is friendly.

I came to this place after the pandemic as I was having serious back and hip problems and the staff here is soooo lovely!! John was so helpful and Cayli did an amazing job of releasing years of tension in my hips!! I have been a repeats customer since and could not recommend a better practice to my friends and family!!

Had a very good experience today with Cayli, she made me feel relaxed and the massage was amazing! She also gave me aftercare instructions which was helpful. Will be going back in the future and would recommend her to friends and family :)

This review is long overdue! I just want to say that our RMT, Cayli Menzies, is really great in what she does! My wife and I always come out relaxed, relieved and refreshed after our massage sessions with her! She really knows her craft! Thank you Cayli!! NEWMy experience with Cayli was so incredibly wonderful!! Years ago, I suffered a pretty nasty shoulder injury which causes me to stiffen up whenever I move my arm the wrong way, hence causing a ton of upper back/neck and shoulder pain. Within minutes of starting my massage, Cayli had me completely relaxed and 100% pain free! I was afraid the massage would cause more pain, but man oh man, was I ever wrong! I've had hundreds of massages throughout my life, and I can confidently say that this was quite possibly the very best massage treatment that I've ever had!! Cayli is truly the full package! She's very kind, compassionate, skilled, gentle and knowledgeable!! I will definitely be going back to her over and over again!!!

I have been treated by both John as well as Devon and they are both great. I got both instant and long term improvements on areas they treated. Thank you for being amazing!
