I had to bring my daughter (3) for a chest X-ray and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff. They were caring, compassionate and accommodating. The woman who checked us in was polite and friendly- which is hard to find sometimes. The girl who took her X-rays even gave her stickers at the end of the session. I just wish I grabbed their names to thank them properly.

The best medical appointment experience ever! No wait, extremely polite and friendly staff, it was great. I was in and out.I'm so impressed with this location!Now, trying to get a hold of someone over the phone is next to impossible and you will spend your entire day on hold, but that has nothing to do with this location. It's their call centre.To address the response to my review from the owner, yes, chat works very well, thank you. I had to start using chat to get anything done. But once I started using it, there were absolutely no issues.Thank you!

I had a girl named Megan for an ultrasound. She was a kind and gentle girl. The whole staff was great, and the wait time was not long at all.

I registered for my appointment and within a few minutes I was called from the waiting room. On entering, I could see that the facility was clean and well organized. The technologists were all very friendly and did a great job of explaining what was involved with my test. Again, very well organized and efficient. It was a very positive experience and the staff are to be commended.

My technician was so nice and I actually enjoyed my appointment. Very polite and thorough with my exam. The facility also is super clean which I was impressed with. Even with the restrictions lifted as immunocompromised as I am I felt safe and comfortable.

HiEveryone was so great to me.From the women helping me find my way there coming from out of town was so stressful on me but they were great helping me.To the young lady that did my first part of my test thank you for being so kind to me.I was in so much pain but she kept me going.To the young man the did the second part thank you for your kindness too.Everyone one very kind

Appointment was on time, masks were available, I felt safe in the waiting room. Tech was fabulous, made my first mammogram so comfortable..and really seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Very happy!

Very impressed with my experience today. Super friendly staff from the front desk back to the x-ray and ultrasound techs. My appointment was at 11:05 and I was back at my desk at work by 11:25.

My tech was amazing. He was very friendly, reassuring and confident in his abilities. Explained everything he was doing which made me feel relaxed and very well cared for. This is very important when you ate having health issues. Keep up the amazing work.

technologists were very helpful at alleviating my anxiety, very kind and explained everything step by step. I found them very professional and not condescending to me which was a wonderful surprise due to my age. thanks to them both for their treatment and kindness.
