Ginger shrimp and mushroom ragout were so very tasty. Schnitzel as good as anything from Europe. King fish steak in tomato onion sauce a new taste treat . You MUST make a reservation for a new experience in this 1907 Pullman Train car.

My wife and I stayed overnight in a Caboose! Very clean and comfortable Enjoyed looking at the starry night through the windows of the cars ceiling. Eva is an exceptional cook. Dinner and breakfast made from scratch and love. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

We only went for the restaurant, so I can't comment on the lodging. The food was very flavourful (we had the creamy tomato bruchetas and the beef bites with pasta), it tasted like home made, very fresh ingredients and was a very hearty meal. The service was really warm, server and chef were very friendly and always making sure we had what we needed. They never rushed us and were very laid back. The portions are huge, so make sure you are hungry! Also, walking the grounds is a fun experience in itself, so it's worth getting there early, or staying a bit after dinner to check out the yard - it's beautiful and full of historic fun facts. It was such an amazing experience and we will definitely be going back.

Really great food. It was a really long wait because the place was busy and there were only 2 or 3 people working. Very beautiful location.

Absolutely amazing place! Super cozy, fantastic service and AMAZING FOOD! Did not taste like restaurant food, tasted like a home cooked meal. Big plates and great prices. We had questions about the history of the place. The lovely waitress brought us a red book that has photos of the caboose when it was first brought to the sight and all the renovations , she answered our questions with knowledge and kindness. It was really just a great experience overall. Will definitely be going back. Thank you staff for a wonderful experience.

This quirky lovable gem in the Alberta country side was amazing. The ladies who run it are so great. The food was excellent. I had Hungarian chicken with pasta. My wife had the schnitzel. Both were very tasty and I would love to go back before it shuts down for the winter.

Great unique experience. Home cooked style meals. Expect to pay between $22 to $30 for an entree. $12 to $15 for an appetizer. Worth every penny

This really is one or a kind. The owner of this place reminds me of my grandmother. Is it 5 star dining? No, and that's okay! It's great food and a great atmosphere with a fantastic price. My meal was excellent and so was my wife's. It feels good to support this local business and I would recommend it to others.

First time coming to the restaurant. We walked in and the lady walked over and kept repeating a name. We were confused and said no. She said rudely did you make a reservation" and I said no
