Avilion installed replacement railings on the front of our house and new railings on the back. Jocelyn was great to work with, and the installers were very careful. There is a large number of options and Jocelyn effectively explained them and provided many helpful suggestions, including the long vertical railing that provides support for the porch roof. The new railings are a huge visual improvement over the original 1950 railings and meet current code. Note that Avilion does not remove existing railings. We were very pleased with all aspects of the project.

I was drawn to Avilion Metalcraft by their web site and how fortunate that was. .Working with them was a pleasure from design to installation. Suzanne was always attentive to my design requests and she coordinated with other trades to ensure a successful installation. All of their staff have been friendly and professional. This was a large renovation and the stair railing has received rave reviews and I would recommend Avilion to anyone.

We ordered custom railings for our deck, and metal stairs from our deck to the ground with railings. We are very happy with the job Avilion Metalcraft did. There is a small area on the deck close to the house where the railing had to be slightly shorter to allow a window to swing open. They got it perfect. The installers did a real professional job. Jocelyn and Suzanne were great to work with. The whole team did a fantastic job. I am so happy we chose them and highly recommend them to everyone.

I ordered a custom railing to match the ones in my custom staircase as I was having difficulty getting up the second set of stairs. It was installed today and looks fantastic. The installers did a great job and I loved working with Suzanne, their point person! Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this company for your high end railing needs!

Professional company and excellent product! The team at Avilion Metalcraft listened to what I wanted and came up with several detailed options to choose from. They produced an interior hand rail and guardrail with tempered glass that amplified, modernized and made my space absolutely beautiful. I wish they could do more on my house!
