OK Heating installed a new furnace, AC, and a water heater for me. Matt and Nathans' workmanship and attention to detail are unmatched, they even took the time to educate me on how the systems work. Once they were finished, the work areas were left cleaner than when they started. It is great to see all of their community involvement as well!

These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. Service was quick and courteous .I would highly recommend this company for any Hydronic heating systems. The system we had installed was very technical and they paid attention to the details from beginning to end of the project. Very satisfied.

I had a new Intertherm Furnace installed Jan 14, 2022. The company was OK" to deal with when they were selling me the new furnace and venting. With one exception. Right after it was installed I asked for my old furnace back. There was actually nothing wrong with it

OK Heating was outstanding to deal with. Near the end of 2022 (Nov/Dec) almost everything in our furnace room started to die in our 90s house. Matt and his team are outgoing and answered any questions we had during the whole process. They had previously repaired our furnace blower fan (2-3 years prior), so when it died this time (circuit board), i decided it was time for a replacement. Matt sat down and explained the different tiers of systems, offered us options and tweaked the new system to our needs. Around this same time, a water tank died, as did a water pump, and a sensor in my garage heater. I was able to get in touch with Ok Heating and they came out and diagnosed and fixed each problem promptly.Payments were very accommodating and Amy was awesome to deal with on the backend as well.Overall a great company. 10/10 will recommend to anyone.

Had AC installed at our lake lot out of town. The staff were awesome to deal with and completed project before my scheduled install. Would not hesitate to use them again! Thanks and well done!

Our hot water tank started to leak and needed replacement. Service was quick and efficient. The new model installed is working great. We even decided to enroll in a maintenance plan for our furnace to avoid any unforeseen issues especially when it decides to break down at 30 below.

Matt and his crew were great. Fair price, quality install, fast. The guys were very professional and easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. Also fair quote on work with quick responses. Will definitely be the first in mind for all work i need done in the future. Great work fellas!

As a business owner in St.Paul, we try to hire locally. We contacted OK Heating to fix our air conditioner, no response for over a week, contacted them again and still no response. After finally driving to there location they told us we had to transfer $250 for a service call. 2 more weeks have past still no response. Phoned them and asked to have my $250 returned, No response. Called them 2 more times to request to get our money back, still no response., finally went down to the office and talked to the secretary and she assured me she would pass on the message. Once again no response. It has been over 3 weeks trying to recover our $250. It is hard to believe that a local company in our community would not give us the time of day. We would not recommend or use them again. AND i still have not received my deposit back
