Did a really bad job. Kim spent 2 hours on filing the nails but no point as left hand nails are shorter than the other hand. Then shapes of each and every nail looks different and weird.

I've been bouncing from one store to another trying to find a place that does my nails just the way I like them, and this store is perfect. The staff are very friendly and great to have a chat with while doing my nails. I always do bio gel refills and they last me a very long time. From previous stores, I've noticed that my nails tended to stain a lot since I eat with my hands, but I haven't had that issue with these guys.Their prices are very affordable for great quality, I definately recommend this store!

Really loved the customer service they provides. I got my nails done last week and was not satisfied. And I posted a review about that and they immediately offered me to redo my nails. And this time they made sure that I am totally satisfied and work they did was great as well.

First of all I would say the place was clean and tidy. I did both manicure and pedicure when I booked the appointment they told they would clean, scrub and massage however while doing both manicure and pedicure they didn't srub instead they cleaned the nails, massaged that's all. It took only 30minutes to do the pedicure was pretty disappointing that they didn't scrub. More over they asked me wait for an hour to dry my nails which I feel its a waste of time.

Recently went to get my nails done here after Stage 2 opened up for Toronto. I like their new safety measures added, clean, and even an updated look! Everyone wore masks, sanitized often and had plexi glass at each manicure station. Happy that I got my mani and pedi done, much needed. Thanks ladies!

I have been going to this nail salon for almost 10 years now! I always get my manicures & pedicures done here. The staff is super friendly and patient. They have a wide selection of colours and designs. I have gotten regular polish, shellac & bio-gel done with nail extensions and I’ve had great results with all of them. They are hygienic and their price range is affordable. I would totally recommend this location of Regal nails if you are looking to get your nails done!

I went to get my nails done just before my birthday and I was so disappointed by the results. My nails looked horrible and the service was terrible. The girl who did my nails was a trainee and the owner did not bother that I was paying $60 for these nails. The girl was absolutely confused and did not know what she was doing, even then I asked her if this was her first time and she said she had done it before. I wanted a rounded square and ended up getting bio gel with so many bumps and the nails were uneven and disgusting to look at. I was so upset with the results and I had to pay $60 and on top tip the girl. I do not recommend you go to get your nails done here. They should have some common sense that their customers are paying a lot to get their nails done and not let their trainees try something they've never done before.
