Wonderful service for parts i needed to fix my stove.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service at Budden’s. I was having a problem with my Ven-Mar air exchanger ( see my review on their website)I call Buddens ,who services this product. I spoke with Neil ,who took the product information and said he would contact the company and see what he could find out,unlike the customer service at Ven-Mar, he called me back. He also had a few suggestions for troubleshooting at home, which I tried with no success. I called back and he informed me that he had all the parts in stock for any repairs, we set up a time and I took the air exchanger to them for repairs. Just as I was getting ready to leave for the 100k trip he called just to remind me of a couple of items to bring, talk about great customer service! By setting up a service appointment the service was completed as promised.If you live in the Annapolis Valley area and require appliance repairs PLEASE do yourself a favour and bring your business to Buddens , I just wish they were closer to Halifax

Neil the owner was considerate and corrected a puzzling issue with my Samsung range. He had to return several times because of a new defective component that added to the headache (No fault of his) He was patient and professional. Kept to his estimate . I would recommend him. In regards to the previous review…we also waited for delayed parts but this is NO reflection on Neil Buddenbut more on the parts supply chain that we all have experienced. Thank you . Serge

I oversee a business in the valley. I had an issue with a heat lamp, which needed a replacement part. This is back in Decmeber 2021. We were told, that the part was ordered and kept being delayed. When the time came that I couldn't wait anymore, I asked for the heat lamp back so that I could purchase a new one, with the proper specifications. It has now gone another month and half and I can't seem to get the lamp back. I feel completely ghosted. Maybe this company is good for home appliances, but commercially, I'm not so sure.
