I highly recommend JC Complete Home Inspection! I've compared prices with many other companies, and while they were all quite similar, JC really stands out in terms of price and their meticulousness. Even our realtor praised JC's inspector as the most thorough he had ever seen :) We've used his services twice. The first time, we met in person, and he was absolutely fantastic. So, we decided to work with him again for our second inspection. During the second inspection, we couldn't be there in person, so we had to communicate over the phone. However, JC went above and beyond by sharing pictures and videos, carefully explaining each one, and providing us with plenty of helpful tips. It truly touched us. Despite our busy schedules, JC made every effort to accommodate us, and we are incredibly grateful for his effort and flexibility. Moving forward, we'll definitely be relying solely on JC for our future inspections, and we'll happily recommend them to all our friends. It's truly wonderful to have a Korean company like JC right here in Vancouver!진짜 고민할 것도 없이 인스펙션은 여기 추천드립니다! 다른 여러 회사들도 가격비교해봤지만 다 비슷하고, 이렇게 꼼꼼히 더 많은 시간 해주시는 곳은 여기밖에 없었던 것 같아요! 저희 리얼터도 자기가 봐왔던 인스펙터 중에 젤 꼼꼼하고 잘해주신다고 할 정도 였습니다 :) 저희는 두 번 이용했는데, 첫번째는 직접 뵙고 프레젠테이션 했고 이 때 너무 잘해주셔서 두번째도 이용했습니다. 두번째 인스펙션때는 저희가 시간이 안되서 같이는 못 보고 따로 연락주셨는데 정말 하나하나 사진과 영상 보여주시면서 꼼꼼히 설명해주시고 그 외에도 여러 팁들도 주시고 정말 넘넘 감동이었습니다. 저희가 또 급하게 약속 잡았는데 개인일정도 미뤄주시면서 최대한 시간 맞춰주셔서 넘넘 죄송하고 감사했어요 ㅠㅠ 정말 친절은 최고, 비용, 꼼꼼함, 시간 모든 게 완벽한 서비스입니다! 저희는 앞으로도 이 분만 이용하고 친구들한테도 적극 추천할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 밴쿠버에 이런 한인회사가 있어서 넘넘 최고입니당!
