David, the owner of Bison Mechanical, provided excellent same-day service (because of a cancellation in his schedule) when our oven touch screen stopped working. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and was able to resolve our issue without needing to order replacement parts. I told him his service call fees were too low for the level of service he offered. My husband and I highly recommend Bison Mechanical!

Our refrigerator stopped working in our RV prior to arriving in the area. We made an appointment for the day after arriving. He arrived at 9am sharp to our RV park. Found the problem and now we can finish our trip with a working refrigerator. Great service!

Washer broke and they were able to narrow down what the issue was. Naturally the part that needs replaced has been discontinued, but they did help me find the part on eBay if I want to go that route.

Quick and efficient fix on my dryer but the price was outrageous for 45 minutes of work and 1 idler pulley replacement. Half the cost of a brand new dryer. I’d be hesitant to use them again.

Dave came as scheduled and did an awesome job for us at Swan Lake Trading Post. We have coin operated machines. He repaired one that had some junk lodged in the motor, fortunately it didn't need parts, he was able to assure us, gave us lots of information on keeping things running better. And he was very reasonable on the cost to do all this. Highly recommend using this business for appliance repair.

Do not hesitate to call this company! Their work is outstanding and prices are fair. David knew what the problem was with our fridge right away and ordered a part which he came back and installed within a few days. He also showed up early to both appointments- checking with us ahead of time. We’re extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend to our friends and neighbors.
