Had a great experience with them like alwaysBeen going there a few years now went to get tire replaced didn't have the size I wanted when got there and came up with a solution till they could order my tire great service

I was horrified, as most would be, having spent $2438.37 for a bike and not traveled, even 15K before it becomes un-rideable would be very upsetting for anyone. A really horrendous noise sounded like the bike was tearing itself apart. I would love to meet the person that would not be upset by that.I was angry because GoGreen's warranty paper specifically EXCLUDED LABOUR. What had me going was the difference between the GoGreen warranty at point of sale and the warranty as stated by EMMO on their own website. EMMO's stated warranty says as follows The labour of any warranty repair will be COVERED by the original store that the Electric Bike was purchased from only when it is being repaired at said store. The parts will be covered by Emmo Inc. You are responsible for providing original purchase paperwork and shipping the item to and from the store."It was taking so long to get a clear resolution I had to pay for an unauthorized repair

I will never come to this shop again!! They don’t deserve to be praised for their service!!! The owner Joe can’t even remember his customers or what they have called about or to do anything for his customers and should retire!!!As a FORMER CUSTOMER I expressed my complaints and constantly playing phone tag with these people and needing replacement parts for my bike. And being upset he kicked me out of his shop! Nice eh?I’ll be much happier to take my services elsewhere because Gogreen Ecycles is a terrible company!!!!! I’d be happy to see that business plummet!

Yesterday I bought a Zone GTS in Blue 72v50ah and couldn't be happier. First off let me tell you Joe's customer service is top notch. I arrived at the shop 20 minutes before close and had an issue paying off the balance. I was only able to e-transfer a maximum of $3000 so I would of had to pay that and come back tomorrow to pay the remainder. Joe offered to drive me into town to my bank so I could withdrawal the funds needed so I could have my bike that day. I was absolutely floored with his kind gesture. He went over all the details of the bike and patiencently answered any questions I had. Considering the shop was already closing at that time he never made me feel rushed. I would definitely recommend GoGreen E-cycles Ltd. Thank you to Joe and his team for such an amazing bike.
