Public Storage

My husband and I went to the Public Storage in Heritage Drive, Calgary, Alberta. The staff (Chris and Chris) were very efficient, we were so pleased with the service, and they went above and beyond to help us. The storage area is very clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

This was the first storage that I visited and the quality of customer service I received from Chris and Janice was unique. They were both very sweet, fun, and helpful and I really enjoyed signing up for a storage with them. 5/5 stars is not enough to rate their service, so I would give them a 7/5. They both went above and beyond which they deserve a recognition.

The location that I used was Blackfoot and Heritage in Calgary. The staff were beyond amazing. Dealing with Janice was like coming home. She made it feel like an old school mom and pop atmosphere. Like she wasn't just there for the pay. The kind of feeling that you don't even get at mom and pop shops anymore, in this city anyways. I am the kind of person who tries to get in and out as quickly as possible but she was extremely helpful and quick but really informative found me the best deal for what I was looking to store. The place was clean and accessible, lots of cameras for security, and the office sold what you would need in a packing/storage situation.

Janice and Chris along with Crystal did an amazing job to help with our requirements. They made the process fun and as quick as possible. I would recommend Public Storage for 2 reasons: 1) the staff is knowledgeable and helpful and 2) there was the right size and type of space that we needed

Our experience was amazing, Both Janice and Crystal were very helpful and friendly to us. Especially when we were having trouble on the size of the unit that we need. Janice have remarkably assessed the right size for us, and have given us the 1$ promotion that helped us save a good amount of much needed money. They have made moving out less stressful for me and my Husband. For that we are very grateful for their service, and will highly recommend Public Storage to everyone we know.

Melissa and Chris were exceptional to work with through the registration process. This was our first time renting a storage locker, and they made sure we knew everything we needed to know to make the right choice. Oh, and the property manager, Janice, is an absolute riot! You can tell that everyone there truly enjoys working there, and this translates into how they treat their customers. Highly recommend.

I just loved the service I received from Janice and Chris. They were kind, helpful and went out of their way to find my the best storage unit for me! When I moved it was quite hot out and Chris got us all water! Thats A class service right there! The cost was affordable, the signing of the lease was easy (they let you sign in early so there’s no hassle the day you move). The facility is clean and homey (if you can believe that)! All in all great laughs and good times had all around. Thanks for making my transition a breeze!

Absolutely fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend public storage. Chris and Janice were incredibly delightful and went above and beyond to help me get a storage unit to fit my needs!

Reserved online at night and received a call the next morning. Chris is amazing, polite and understanding of my situation. He set me up with a unit right away and I can start moving my belongings in today so the end of the month wont be so rushed. The property is secure, each storage unit is alarmed and the property is gated. The unit is clean and access is 7 days a week. The cost was very affordable and the location is great Blackfoot and Heritage . I highly recommend you check this place out if you need storage. I will be recommending public storage to everyone I know.
