Don't buy from them!!! Bought a house from them 5 years ago, they were mostly non responsive during the purchase and haven't been much help post Tarion warranty. they built 7 homes in Etobicoke and every single one of them have had major basement leaks. They talk a good game, but have. pretty poor customer service.
