I called Moe to fix my Garage door that got derailed. I am thankful he came that day however, I had some issues after. He Initially told me $ 200 to fix it. As he was fixing it he told me to replace the spring as it is old which I said sure then the rollers for a total of $550 of work and parts for an hour job. He inspected it and said everything is good and It should be okay.4 months later, it got derailed again and I messaged him and sent him picture of the issue and he said he charges $100 plus if there is any parts to be replaced. I informed him that he just serviced this and replaced parts that he thinks has problems. I needed him to maybe check first what went wrong since he serviced this. He responded “then why do you want me to come to do a for free?”P.S. I never asked that he should come for free, if there’s work to be done then absolutely pay him for his work. I just needed some courtesy atleast since I was told it will be good and I only need maintenance atleast every year to make sure everything is good. It’s only 4months and had issues again.My issue is he just fixed this and inspected it and it shouldn’t have issues this early.Now, I learned my lesson because for the price I pay ($550) I should have just went to a company and atleast you know they have courtesy and won’t charge as much as he did.

Fixed my door very quickly for a very cheap price. The last garage door opener I contacted charged me over $300 for a broken spring. Moe charged me for half the price & it still works flawlessly to this day

Used same old Cables to fix the garage. I mentioned twice to include new cables and he agreed . Pay a little extra but go for a company that does not lie . Save your hard earned money and dont use this company .
