Decent people that offer good help

Lots of great resources available!

Started going here way back in October, was making slow but decent progress in my career search, then at the end of Dec the person I was working with left. It took them THREE MONTHS to assign me to someone else, that's 3 months wasted and then the person they gave me was completely useless and condescending. Had me redo everything that the previous person already did, wasting even more time. He couldn't answer any questions, kept saying he'd ask his supervisor and get back to me but he never did. He knew absolutely nothing about funding options for education and insisted I instead answer a bunch of medical history questions then told me if I didn't have doctors notes from 20 years ago I'd be outta luck! I spent about 10 months trying to get help from here and finally gave up, they clearly don't actually care about finding people employment and it's sad because that was my last hope so now I have nowhere to turn for help.

The workshops can be good but the staff seems desencitized and are just going through the motions without love or care

These ladies are amazing. Caring and dedicated to helping people succeed.

The people who work here are wonderfully helpful. They take time to help you and make sure you get what you need to find a career. They are friendly and the workshop's they have are informative. Geoff, the facilitator running the workshop was so helpful with all my questions and took time to make sure I had the skills I needed to advance. The staff are also so friendly and I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for the help.

These people want you to fail...end of story......

This is a well run operation. Lisa has been incredibly helpful over the years finding my company 'CBS Electrical' good help.The programs are excellent both for employees and employers. Thanks Lisa!
