As a customer with zero experience and knowledge with anything related to cars, financing, and auto insurance, all I have to say is that this dealership has the most understanding and patient staff. RandiLynn went above and beyond when connecting me with my new Kia, and Arthur went out of his way to use HOURS of his time helping me get absolutely every single thing set up to drive off the lot! It’s a very friendly environment and I felt completely comfortable trusting them and all their expertise. I recommend this place for anyone; whether you are buying a replacement car or even your very first.

Worst experience ever had with selling a vehicle. 2 weeks after I sold vehicle thru driven the loan still isn't paid out and I'm making payments on something I don't even have. The shop is a rip off for a safety, tried to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced. 10/10 would never recommend going to see them.

I just bought my first car from here, after the car I ordered last November still isn’t showing up, I am so glad I went here, Saneesh and Nick are great! They helped me find my perfect vehicle the process was simple and their customer service is out of this world. I got a 2016 Nissan rogue 2 weeks ago.Jay helped me to purchase the vehicle. Even though i am a foreigner, he is really helpful step by step. To register car insurance and to explain everything..he was amazing.Thank you for kind help. Also, this company has well-organized warranty system. That is really different from most of company.

This firm, with which I have had a regrettable business experience, has engaged in a plethora of fraudulent activities and has exhibited deceitful behavior on multiple levels. I am confident that their illicit practices will soon come to light and they will be held accountable for their actions.Initially, I was offered a vehicle financing option with a 13% interest rate, but after a wait of 15 days, I was informed that the car in question could not be financed and must be leased instead. Furthermore, the interest rate was now set at 15%, despite my having already paid a deposit to secure the car. I was also compelled to purchase a $2500, 2-year warranty. Despite the significant amount of time I had already invested in waiting for the car, I offered to purchase the vehicle outright with cash. However, when I made the payment, I was informed that the winter tires I had ordered had not been installed on the vehicle and that it was currently equipped with all-season tires. This was especially troubling as the payment I made included the cost of the tires and installation fees and I was numerously told by them that my vehicle is ready to go and my all-season tires are in the trunk of the car. Additionally, certain parts of the car that were to be repaired were not fixed as promised.It is imperative that one does not place their trust in such fraudulent entities, as doing so may result in exorbitant legal fees and protracted dealings with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC). Furthermore, I was recently informed that the tires I had been awaiting had finally arrived, only to discover that they had been fitted with incorrect tire sizes. When I confronted the firm regarding this discrepancy, they claimed that the new tires were superior, despite the fact that each vehicle requires specific tire sizes. When I presented them with the receipt for the correct tires, they asserted that it was not a receipt, but only a mere quote (despite presenting this to me as the receipt at the time of purchase).I have since engaged the services of a lawyer, who has indicated that this firm is likely to face substantial fines as a result of their mounting misdeeds.

Saneesh and Arthur were both very helpful. My old car was a write off for my insurance and they took care of everything and were very patient keeping my car on hold for me. Great service, great people.
